Possibly has more of a problem with reading an entire thread before feeling they MUST reply! In fact, I don't think that was a response to anything other than the first post! In a thread of five pages and lasting this many months it is not sensible to reply ONLY to the remarks in the first post. Defer the need for instant gratification! :)

Do you think Gavin and Stacey might buy it, being in Barry and all that.
I think the OP has gone off the site, I was confused at first reading from the beginning until I realised the post started this time last year.

Do feel sorry for the OP, but I think she must have had an overinflated fiscal view of the property, although Barry used to be quite low in prices it did do a big jump when the boom was at full steam.

It's a pity the photos aren't better. Some make the place look lovely. Like a really decent barn conversion with lots of old features like the beams. Then others make it look like office accomodation. It's a bit unclear what it's supposed to be. I guess taking photos with some very basic furniture in place and (more importantly) having floorplans would make it much easier to understand. At the moment it's difficult to see how the property works and I remember thinking that back when the original link was posted. Lazy estate agents indeed!
