scotrae - that is so true about the shower gel!
I buy it as I think "well I only really wash with it, it shouldn't matter how it comes out of the bottle", but I do wonder if there is any way of adding something to it to make it less 'splodgy'! Essential oils [I have a few already!] maybe, although I think that would only effect the smell [and you'd have to shake well].
Anyone succeeded in making it more runny?!
I had some other brand of shower gel which fell into the bathwater, too lazy/busy reading:eek: to pick it out, so when I finally used it to actually get a wash, it was VERY runny:pBanks - If they sold cars the wheels would come as 'extras':mad:0 -
Hubby had the breakfast wheats ( Weetabix ) and said the only thing wrong with them is you cant fit 4 in a bowl!! Lovely basically!
I buy those, 48 for £2.15. I get four in my bowl! They are tasty! When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.0 -
the cheese and bacon quiche is a firm favorite with the kids in their lunch box, it's a good firm texture, unlike some other shops basic quiches;)0

Has anyone mentioned the brie. We thought it was pretty good. The basics cheese biscuits were really bad though.0

The last time I bought it the curry sauce was 9p. Seems that Asda rose the price of the curry sauce to 12p quite recently too. Perhaps there is either price collusion between the supermarkets or they are all coming from the same supplier.0 -

I think that was a temporary offer - it's normally between 75p to 90p although at nearly 90p I think they are having a larf :mad:I have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knifeLouise Brooks

The basics mozarella ball is excellent texture and flavour and only 47p. Is quite sizeable too.
The basics breaffast muffins are the same quality as the normal price ones but are only 10p per muffin compared to 17p per muffin for the normal range.0
