I love corned beef sarnies for lunch at work so this was a great find for me!
This has gone up to £1.70 now. Still good I think.0 -
I got the basics dried mixed fruit today, I assume its going to be the same as the other stuff and it's only cooking that will affect the final outcome.Annual Grocery Budget £364.00/£1500

Bought their Basics Tonic Water for the first time last week - not bad for 25p a bottle. Goes very nicely with my Gin, ice and a slice of lime."If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"0

Basics sparkling water 10p a bottle and diet tonic water 25p a bottle - how much difference could there be for water!
Basics sparkling water went up to 18p a bottle - the price usually seems to match Tesco Value one - but although cheap - 10p > 18p?!
I can't get to like Sainsbugs though... just something about it that makes me want to get round quick and get out!0 -
Basics ham gone up from 42p to 50p, but it's still good value at 5p per (very thin!) slice. You need two in a butty but you can fold one up into a small Basics roll and make a ham roll for 10p including 2p for spread, so good for lunch boxes.
I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe
