Sainsbury's Basics good/bad items

We've used them, i'm not really into my gravy but OH wasn't too impressed, but i think you just need to add some more flavour and juices to it.

I thought the gravy granules were terrible. One of the few absolute no nos- flavourless for the most part. I've been throwing them in stews and things to get rid of them...

I buy the noodles to make stir fry with, yummy yum!!:)

The digestive biscuits are lovely, as are the choc covered ones. I regularly buy lots of different items from the basics range. My new favourite is the mueslie!

Ok I've now tried them. They were ok but you can tell the difference. They had a different taste, color and smell. My plan is to mix them into other granules I have to use them up and then try the next sainsburys brand up next time.

I buy the Sainsbury basic 80 Teabags for 28p. We all think they are great.
I did buy some Tesco basic Teabags thinking that they would be the same quality.... They were awful, shan't be buying them again.

I remember buying Asda tea bags for about the same price and it tasted awful.I opened one of the bags and it looked more like dust than tea.
