Today, I have bought Basics green olives, Basics frozen white fish and Basics kidney beans and Basics white chocolate (all of which I have tried before and are fab)!
However, today, I have also bought to try the Basics noodles (9p) (am going to make these for my lunches with some stir fry veg to take to work) and Basics sandwich pickle (25p). Will let you know I get on.

I thought the gravy granules were terrible. One of the few absolute no nos- flavourless for the most part. I've been throwing them in stews and things to get rid of them...0

The digestive biscuits are lovely, as are the choc covered ones. I regularly buy lots of different items from the basics range. My new favourite is the mueslie!0

Ok I've now tried them. They were ok but you can tell the difference. They had a different taste, color and smell. My plan is to mix them into other granules I have to use them up and then try the next sainsburys brand up next time.2013 Free Money - £363.44 Topcashback
