ampersand~ not sure about the PrempackC.Sorry.
not sure what you are having done today but hope it goes well.Take care.
MOT~Hope all goes well today hun
Sometimes life gets in the way of our loosing weight(thats why its taken me so long to loose 2 1/2 stone, coupled with mobility issues and medication)Dont stress & it will all sort itself out.
Pet hun~~ So so glad that you are on the up.
I am really struggling at the mo.
Trying to declutter and cant do as much as I would like so am tired, grumpy & cheesed off.
Fell out with the girl at gym yesterday as she told me I dident have correct clothes on.So I said 'I dont need this' and went on my way:o:eek:.
Weigh in so wonder how that will go, Hoping for 2 lb.We will see.

Thankyou so much bl - I've warmed another bucket of the Gill McK expulsion/excretion-like soup(now, doesn't that sound delish?) Just woke needing something of this ilk. Being the famous NUL POINTS it's OK thus.
I think my private Bastille Day target is sensible, but I realise - most of all- how much easier it is, now living alone, to follow body whims/needs, which are very WW anyway.
So I salute you all who are doing this with family and partners to cater for.
Good luck to any weighers-in today.

Can anyone recommend a cup a soup thats reasonably low in syns - or better free on either red or green?
Ampersand, who is willie HC?.
It's 'Willy's Wonky Chocolate World' on Sundays and rpt'd in week.
You may find him odd/annoying(see other posts)BUT Googled him and forgive all for the marvellous childhood template he received from parents and is, in turn, passing on to his children.
I have long believed the Good Lecithin health and wellbeing message he preaches about REAL choc, not the Cadbury et al stuff.
Will now crawl away under rock and wait for all the abuse..........to each his/her own.
kpc - can you not simply pressure cook/boil/mw any combo of leeks/carrot/courgette/onion/whatever and then blitz it for your soup?CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

Love it vixi
Thanks for all the support peeps~ i really appreciate it.
1 lb gain.Baaa.So much for thinking would loose 2 lbs!!
My assessment's next Tues bl - and the whole thing of wtw will require some £'s. Budget is nil, and sports bra will be essential. But first, I'll be having self profesionally measured at local-ish John Lewis outpost - loathe wearing bra's and haven't done so, but prob. need to now.
Tempis fugit and gravity pulls. Shall then be keeping eagle eye open at Charity where I volunteer.
Haven't worn all-in-one swimthing for over 45 years:eek:CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

thanks for the recommendations guys - but proper soup is no problem. I don't drink tea or coffee, i don't like hot lemon and i'm bored of bovril. I'm looking for cup a soups that you can have in a mug on your desk.
STS this week Granny thanks
really cheesed off this week. There are only 2 of us in my department and the other girl is leaving. We are really good friends but she's had an offer that just too good to refuse. The replacement is being recruited by a management consultant that neither of us are really keen on - and he's marryiny my boss in june so you can imagine how easy it is for me to say anything not positive about either of them! still, i haven't taken comfort in food yet so thats something0 -
Have to be quick, so well done to pixie:j , anic:j , boddy:j and  to my fellow gainers
we'll show them next week won't we???...
...jamtart Sorry to read that you're struggling, but try to take things one step at a ttime considering the health problems that you have. To have conquered a chocolate problem is next to sainthood on this thread :rotfl: so give yourself a pat on the back, then tackle your next problem with the same determination :j Do please put your menus on here, there is always someone with good advice as necessary. I used to post my weekly plan, but everyone fell into a deep sleep :rotfl:...
...Your purplelessnessWell done with work hours, steady improvement is the best way :T Hotcross buns are like Turkish Delight - they demand to be eaten
:rotfl: ...
Must go (I hope I've got a medal but I'm below a 000 posts, perhaps that's the threshold)...
xxxx
ps I love your posts Vix but I've come to the conclusion that you are 75% bonkers :rotfl: :rotfl: (Do people really return worn knickers? Yeeeuch!)
EDIT Yaaaay! I've got one :jI wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latterbut my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!

boddy,anic,pixie:j :j :j
jam take it one step at a time, if you put all the probs into one it masses up and seems impossible but slowly slowly catchy monkey;)
I am so disappointed today, sis not coming and feel sad:rolleyes:
katie I know what it is like to work with a person you would not want to work with, I have 2 bosses, nasty and nice and on the nasty one to one days my heart sinks and I just have to put my head down and get on with it, seriously considered looking for another job though, the feeling isn't nice xx
All the gainers, it can be lost, you know it can, don't give up and make it more, keep it as it is and aim for less and next week will be a happy one xxx
I think Willy wonka is brill, not taken to him like you do Jamie Oliver or Gordon Ramsay because he comes across as a bit pretentious but never the less admire him for his determination to get his venezuelan choc on the market although he is very heavily backed by rich family and friends so doesn't have the same reality dire unsupported first time business panic that the rest of us would.0 -
Morning all, real quickie as off to work - STS for me please Grannynise, which I'm happy with especially as TOTM has finally arrived.
See you all later, have a great day xx

Pet: I probably am a bit loony
Im probably just too open and honest! I think it stems from our family having the toilet door constantly open, i often see my family having a wee and i guess its taught me not to be private!
I jumped on the scales today, i weigh 10 stone 2lbs and a teeny bit. Im gunna PM my home girl grannynise in a sec!0 -
