Lost 1lb this week. Included eating out on Saturday evening (central London) and at lunchtime on Sunday (at London zoo) so not as bad as it might have been. I'm still struggling with what to eat when you need to have a snack away from home  .... I know in an ideal world I'd have something prepared and take it with me but I just am not that organised and anyway it's too cold to sit ourside for a picnic. What does everyone else do?

On Saturday we're going for 'afternoon tea' in a posh (ish) hotel, Mr Granny's choice of a celebration. So it will all be sandwhiches and cakes (and delicious and EXPENSIVE so I'll be obliged to eat lots. Shall I just starve from now until Saturday?

I'm out this evening at a governing body meeting sleeping-smiley-006.gifso will not be able to post the chart until a bit later ... probably about 9.30. So if you're waiting with bated breath to see who the SOTW might be, I'm sorry it'll be a longer wait than usual.
