yowch Suggs! hope you are feeling better soon. Thanjks for the new thread. Well I have finished my landscaping and boy will i pay for it tomorrow! I have dug out a 3 metre trench and put in a step and a log roll for the full length, then dug over the 3m x 1.5m patch that is left next to it and covered it over with plastic ready for having gravel laid on it as a path. In the process I found 3 paving stones that I didn't know I had! But I think I am going to pay for it tomorrow and definitely on tuesday.

Happy mothers day all, I phoned my mum this morning and am taking her a card and some smoked salmon tomorrow. Been a bad weekend for eating overall, but I don't seem to be alone in that. Feeling a bit light headed from a combination of tiredness, achiness and the bottle of Jacques I found in the utility room. So despuite my assertion of not being a drinker I have managed to put away about a litre of cider and am feeling a bit giddy! I wonder if you mixed apple juice and forest fruits squash you would get the same taste? Think i ought to take myself to bed now before I decide it's a good idea to join in something in discussion time. Welcome Mark!!

A new thread, excellent, thanks suggs :D

The sun is beaming in the living room today, just like being in the tropics, nearly :rotfl: :rotfl:

    mark welcome:D

I sent my MIL a thank you card for havingthe boys, a birthday card, a Mothers day card and a book about calmness ,serenity that she likes but the author is her son's name and surname so thought she would like that:D to my own mother I sent an email.

I was going out for dinner but H arrived home late with his trike not working and waited 3 hours for the AA to come to him and tow him home so that wasthe end of that, oh well saved calories and money I say:D

The sun coming in means I can see the windows are not as clean as I thought they were so that is a job for today:rotfl: :rotfl:

I am changing my diet tomorrow to another one I saw in the mag that has more fruit in it and much less carbs.

    Morning everyone.

Thanks for the new thread Suggs.

Ive been dithering about doing the EFT Level 2 course. But this morning have decided to go for it. Its something Im really interested in and it means I could teach it if I wanted to. May open up an area of earning when I retire next year.

Must dash as I am flying round the housework then off to see mum.

    Catch you all later.

Hello!! Im back from the land of Brighton Belle!!

I had such a good weekend. It was the best id had for a long time!!

Never seen sooo many men eating out together before in my life! Or men with tans! ha. It was fab. I went to the pavillion on friday, that was really good! We then went to the pier and to the lanes, then came back to the B&B and fell asleep ha! We went to donatellos for dinner that night, ive never had a pasta dish that tasted so good! Then on saturday we went to the museum and saw the lips chair. That was good! Then we went up to the north laines bit, did lots of shopping, painted a pot in some pottery cafe! (gotta go back to get it!) Lovelly weather that day too.

I went into tickled! Thought of you BB! Didnt buy anything though :p Youre map and circled bits were really helpful. Kept wipping out the map. Struggled on day two to find a restaurant that wasnt itallian in the lanes bit! Found an indian and got a bit merry on two bottles of wine, pics after this were all blurred!

I left my coat at home so i had to go up to the churchill square bit to find one! I always leave important stuff behind.

The thing i loved most was not seeing big chains. I didnt see an asda or any big department store (apart from churchill) anywhere hardly. Soo nice!

Weight gain extreme this week i think!!

Vix, your trip sounds ace! Despite OH being from Brighton, I've still to see lots of it - we never seem to have time when we're there - so I'm going to try and get out more next time I'm down as I could be there for a number of days (help BB!:D).

Can't seem to get my eating great at the mo - think it's more an energy thing than emotional... Tomorrow is 3 months til my birthday though so I'm going to hope that helps inspire me towards my goal - I'd like to be 11 stone by then. Seems so impossible right now, but I know it's not.

Have a good Monday everyone xx
