    Hi Victory

I'm fine thanks, feeling more positive! The crosstrainer is great and has given me a lift, I can exercise now whilst keeping an eye on the cooking. More concerned now about DD. Doctor promised that she would call today with the results of some of the blood tests, but it's ten now and still nothing. I'm going to call in the morning.

How are you? Read about your appointment today. Glad the doc was able to see for herself how much in pain you are. Hopefully things will start to get better for you.:D

  • Sanya - Sorry for taking so long to reply. Im following WW and the low fat element really seems to agree with me. I love WW, I love the fact that no food is offlimits. Ive found its really helped me re educate myself and my 'relationship' with food. Your points allowance is based on your age, sex, weight, and activity levels. I can honestly say hand on heart I havent found my PCOS has hindered my weight loss at all :)

I unfortunately havent found a huge difference in my PCOS symptoms since I lost weight but Im sure itll help with some in the long run.

I do use one weight loss site www.minimins.com which has a dedicated WW section, its a lifeline for me, I dont think Id have stayed on the straight and narrow without it. (Im Starlight on there if you want to have a peek, or register)

kymrob that is fantastic I'm so pleased for you , thats exactly how I was last year wnen I lost all my weight , each stone down i promised myself the same as you, and then concentrated on getting out of the 15s into the 14s one stone at a time thats how I coped. But I got complacent and some crept back again I was back in the 14st range when I joined you all but thankfully into the 13st range again, you seem so focused ,really well done !
