BB pins and tacks - sounds like MrBB might be getting some free acupuncture during the slow dances... very MSE :p Enjoy the day, hope it all goes well for your friend.

Tagz I just looked up the current price for the Kirsty and that's £30 more than I paid! Let us know how you get on with the York one, once you're up to speed Suggs will probably challenge you! (I failed miserably trying to out crosstrain and exercise bike him last year - he's a cardio machine fiend).

Speaking of which.... well done again Raph!

I still feel like doing more exercise tonight but I'll save it for tomorrow.
  • Tagz, hope your little one is okay - keep us posted.

Porridge - I love it, breakfast and evening snack. 24g + milk or water in a bowl, nuked for 2 mins and covered with a dessert spoon of sugar. Then I wait until the sugar melts into a syrup before tucking in. 176 cals for milk version, 85 cals for water version (not counting the sugar). Best food ever and really cheap if you use Tesco Value Oats. Very mse.

    FFM :)

I'm gonna have to give porridge a go again - I wasn't keen as a youngster and haven't tried it in years but son loves it. I bet the milk version is much nicer :p

Mmmm, couldnt be bothered cooking so I did the dirty and there went my good intentions-OH still at work so ordered pizza. Now its looking less and less appetizing. Ive also been on the phone all day trying to get the lease sorted out for our new house. We move on 27 May. Also there's a whole bunch of stuff we need for the house that Im trying to sort out. Ordered a stack of stuff in the ASDA sale-all stuff we needed, except a coffee maker was a "want". But I ordered one and it never came. Now Im trying to find one that I can go get over the weekend. Debating Asda again for the few extra glasses and bits of cutlery we need-thing is I know OH will want to know "what for" since theres only the two of us in the house who dont use our fingers to eat or can use "spillable" cups. I think he forgets that life is not worth living if you cant invite friends round for dinner-
and then there's my right eye that wont stop twitching (the afrikaans have a saying about that)

I'll have you know, I am still a whole hunk of burning love, just a little smaller in the belly department :)

Will go back to adding some weights to my sessions next week, or maybe the week afterwards.

I nuke it for a couple of mins, as long as it isnt 'wallpaper paste/ cement' and if you let it stand for a couple of mins, it takes on a milky consistentcy (sp?) I think its very nice that way. Experiment and see how you like it?

Good work Raph, it all counts for the greater good. How many sessions are you managing in a week? Go you take a breather and drink some fuilds in between each piece of equipment?

I try to go about 3-4 times a week, 5 if I'm up for it. I drink plenty of water & have to refill my bottle more than once!
In other news: I'm selling my car, and getting a bicycle instead!
