Sorry Serendis, as you can see I know nothing about the SW ways :D I'll leave it to the experts who know just what they're talking about :T Trying it for a week sounds a good idea, you might be surprised by it and find it works for you and if not, nothing lost eh?

Ooh, I just discovered Boden recently, I got one of their black wrap dresses for £3.50, think it was £58 in their recent catalogue :jGreat that you've got an outfit that you feel fantastic in, it's so great when you can feel fabulous and really enjoy the day!

Suggs, I make mine with water in the saucepan, nomnom, think I could eat it almost any time of day at the mo :D

well wendy, he's giving me the puppydog eyes for some of my noodles but as i don't understand ww he isn't having any.

v excited as i have arranged to collect my new laptop from tesco tonight! also got lots going on with te business - exciting new products and upping the ante to 2 nights a week. The only flyin my ointment at hte mo is the day job but it can only improve, right! I have had chinesefood twice this week, but it's been synned and planned so i hope things will go my way when i weigh next week. I bought myself some new jeans last week as i was getting disheartened by squeezing into the old ones. They are really loose now so not very mse i suppose!

breakfast ideas sound ineresting but cereal does work for me - it's the time element. I have frozen berries int he freezer so they go in the bowl the night before and then in the morning i add either 2 weetabix or 42g of weetabix crunchy bran, both of which are pretty filling. I can't get on with these 28ghealthy extra cereal portions. there's no point! weetabix oaty cereal used to be a heb on it's own but they've reformulated it lately so i think you have to have a scanbran with it now. Either way, mixing a sachet of diet hot chocolate ( options or high;ights) into your porridge before you cook it makes it really quite yummy indeed.

I do WW, swear by it, the proof is in the weight loss:D I love the 0 points foods, you can eat as much as you like of them and it doesn't count, I use loads of salad stuff for lunches on the extra hungry days knowing that even though I have eaten loads it is still 0 points:D
Portion sizes come in the ready meals if you want to buy them or prepare your own from the loads of fab WW recipe books (library always have them or car boot sales, don't bother with ebay far too expensive, sometimes go for more than they are worth:rolleyes: )

bb glad you got a dress that you like:D

I can't wait for the boot fair this sunday (went last week but it was closed:rolleyes: yes we got up at 7am went there, closed and came back straight to bed:rotfl: ) I am hoping the £2/£3 guy is still there for all my clothes, strangely enough I don't need t-shirts, summer stuff (I always buy out of season and got all that as well as two bikini's in the january sales, the bikini's were £1 each bargain:D ) what I desperately need are jumpers for the winter or the spring now:rotfl: so will look out for those and cushions for the living room, paint for the new house , a glass table...:D

Had a fab bike ride, loving those downhills, the wind in my face reminded me a bit of skiing *sigh* As I have my exercise bike at home set to quite a hard "uphill all the way", road cycling always seems too easy :rotfl:

Had a nice lunch just now of burgers, spaghetti hoops, mash and cheese, very kids party I know :p Devoured that pretty quick!

I'm a big fan of cereal, if I don't have it for breakast then it's often my evening meal (cooked meal of the day is usually lunch for me) :D Special K or Bran Flakes for me, yummy.... although took me a while to acquire the taste for Bran Flakes, they seemed like cardboard at first :rotfl:

Woop fab STS Suggs! Muscle mass up, body fat down it's all good news! Hope you have a great weekend.

Bails hope work goes well today, I missed your reply about having a blast on your behalf earlier but believe me I did ;)

BB thanks for explaining! I understand perfectly now! Sounds like a win all round. I am beyond hopeless at any kind of sewing/making/altering so that wouldn't have ever occurred to me! :) Have fun in town, what you up to?

Wendy, I come alive once the sun starts shining, it opens up so many more options for getting out and about doing more. Over the winter I've felt quite confined to my home gym, partly because of the weather and partly for MSE reasons (because I spend more £ on outdoorsy things in the summer). You're right though, I do try to vary it as much as possible and also do as much as I can with my son :)

KPC, see you on your new laptop later then ;) Bet that will net you a few clubcard points!

Buying or selling at the car boot Victory? Or both? Hope it makes up for it being closed last time (7am start... ouch... why are they always so early?!)

Fantastic weather forecast for tomorrow folks, what's everyone up to this weekend? I feel a visit to the skate park tomorrow... :p Yes I know I will feel ancient... haha...

Missyg: Do you live in a sports complex? seems like you have alot of stuff in your area to do sports wise! Im working all day tomorrow (crap) Then sunday college work (crap) although im meant to be here now working on an assignment so i can go shopping on sunday but i dunno if that plan will work or not! Have a good weekend!

Polkadott: Well, id rather sit with the new zealand cricket team which are my 2nd favourite, SA will be third. Greame smith did it for me, pollock is has blonde eye lashes so hes out. Boucher! he was nice too. I do enjoy the game though, regardless of the men but it is an added bonus!

    Hi to the new Sanya!

BB: You got me excited. There is a top shop sale and they had nice bras in there for a fiver. It took ALOT of willpower to not buy or try one on i can tell you! I did buy a top (size 10!!) from river island cos im going out to dinner tonight but i dont think i'll wear it. Story of my life!

Did someone mention Porrige!!!!! LOVE IT. Bloody love it. The reason why i love it is because i put sugar on ever level of it. Wave of sugar, eat that, put another spoonful on, eat that. Infact i cant eat breakfast without sugar unless i have toast with anchor spreadable!

I think i need a sodding filling. I am not impressed. Every time i eat or drink i get a throb in my gum above the tooth. That sounds like a filling doesnt it?

Last time i went to the dentist i didnt have to pay for it :p

The 0 point food is to do with WW, there are basically some foods which you can have as much of them as you like. I don't do either SW or WW but both are recommended by different people on here. Perhaps Starlight can help with regards to the best for your condition. Do you exercise at the mo? Perhaps the combination of healthy eating and exercise will be the answer.

Followed by 'I think I need a filling' - :rotfl:love it Vix! Sounds like your gum could be receding, have you looked? I'm no expert mind so could be either. Get to the dentist while it's still free :D

Missy, your life does sound a lot of fun, think I'm going to adopt you as my surrogate exerciser :D I swear I could feel the wind in my hair earlier ;)
As for the weekend, sounds like BB's going to have a good day for her wedding. I'm going to get started on my next steps, building a routine in - I've been waiting til I found out about this job but it doesn't seem to be happening so I'm going to be making short term plans til then. Not having any kind of structure to my day is something I find very challenging so setting myself a little timetable will really help (do I sound like I just want to be back in my schooldays? Good job I never left eh? ;))
I'm thinking about setting up a little blog...not really for anyone else just myself, but I'll let you know more if and when it happens.
