    Hello

Like a bad penny I return!

DD still not well, just come back from the hospital as GP wanted blood tests done urgently. He is worried she may have arthritis as she was in so much pain she couldn't walk this morning. She is only 6! Please God it's just muscular pain from a virus!

My crosstrainer arrived yesterday and OH and I put it together last night. Had a quick go on it and I love it. Will have a proper session later. Last week was a disaster exercise wise so hopefully I can make up for it a bit this weekend. Was really good food wise this morning but then spent 3 hours in hospital waiting for DD to be seen - went wibbly wobbly (hypoglycemia) - and all I could get from the shop was a Hob Nob flapjack. I didn't even like it!

Enough of my woes (yes again!)

Wendy - Mum will talk soon. Hope your back gets better soon.

Vixarooni - I HATE dentists. Need to be sedated to have a filling! Don't envy you.

Sanya1995 - Hello! Got PCOS too. Was sent to a dietician by Gynae and they said the GI diet is best for anyone with PCOS. Something to do with blood sugar levels. I was put on Cyproterone for a while and it really helped with my symptoms (stopped my monthlys altogether). Off it now for a while so back to the same old same old.

If I've missed anyone new please accept my apologies and HELLO.:D
    I would if I could but I can't so I won't!

*sigh* im feeling rather discouraged. i put a whole pound into the machine at the gym for it to tell me not only has my weight and bmi gone up but also my body fat percentage has gone up. i don't understand how i can actually be fatter (heavier yes but fatter?) when my clothes are looser, i can get ionto my size 12 stuff again and i look noticeably thinner.

meh meh meh guess i need to go back to using the gym gym on aqua aerobic and pilates days.

    welcome to the newbies.

porridge, i love porridge. when i was a kid i only got it when we went to my grans, she always had a pot of it on the range and it was always followed by a proper irish breakfast.

    My thoughts exactly bails :rotfl:
As for the weekend, sounds like BB's going to have a good day for her wedding. /quote] Ah, if only it was 'my' wedding bails, sigh...ever the bridesmaid. It is going to be fun though: a very special friend. Yeah, I love boden, most of my clothes are from there now, although expensive new, I own a very small wardrobe. Also you can buy cheaper at sales time and ebay.
Hey vix, just come back from my bra fitting at debenhams - there was I all ready to bare all, but she measured me with my bra on?? Anyway, I 've bought a couple to try on at home - got too exhausted to do it there. Saw some lovely bras, but the ones I like best either didn't have my size  or matching knicks where so skimpy they's not look good on me. But looking froward to trying the ones I got on.
Missyg - the sight of me with a needle in my hand last night was so unuaual Mr bb almost got his camera out:rotfl: . I promise you, it's more a case of a stash of safety pins and a few tacks. A good job I won't be able to dance to vigurously at the caeli afterwards:D
Sanya, neither ww or sw is 'best' honestly, it's a question of which suits you individually. We have people on here who dislike one and have had great sucess with the other - it is a very individual choice. Starlight, who has your condition is doing ww, where basically every food is given a points value (veg is generally 0 points) and depending on you weight height and lifestyle you are given a points allocation for each day. It naturally helps you lean towards filling up on veg and low fat food as these have the lowest points. SW is a system of balancing what you eat with what - I don't know how to explain in a short and pithy way. You can pop along to any local meting for free and get the whole explanation on a one - to - one and not have to sign up if that is any help.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

vix your a student still so therefore should not have to pay for the dentist. unless your course is not a full time one? i think you need to fill in a form, same one that entitles you to help with prescriptions and eye tests.

OH MY GOD. Yea im in a full time course. I better get going there then.

all this time ive avoided going to the dentist from the age of 16 cos i thought i had to pay haha.

I am so awful when it comes to doctors and dentists anway, paying for it just puts me off the whole experience even more.
