:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:SEALED POT CHALLENGE 6 - MEMBER NUMBER 086 Special Star from Sue :staradmin :T:T0 -
I have had the weirdest morning:D took DS to macdonals, sitting there minding our own when this old lady picks up her burger and drink and throws it over the three teenage girls sitting in the corner:eek: they were completely dumbfounded and did not react because she was an old lady, they start cleaning themselves up and the old lady then proceeds to pick up the food and drink from the next table and throw that over them:eek: I ran off to get someone as the girls were soaked and when he came over he automatically presumed that the girls had done something:rolleyes: little old lady sitting there all innocent but then she started &%*$%^ and *&^%$$^& and more &*^%$$£ so the girls ran out and so did we:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: not before I had made it clear to the man that it was the old lady that had caused this not the girls:eek:
Then I went to boots, they were just installing a new scales machine, asked me to try it out for free:D got on, tuesday sts 48 hours ago, 2 days later 48 hours later I weigh 7lb more:rotfl: :rotfl: now I KNOW i HAVE been eating the last few days but even I know that 7lb in two days is impossible:rotfl: :rotfl: so told her and she credited me with 400 bonus points on my card and gave me a smart card with 10 weigh ins on it:D
Blimey that was a day and a half! McD - not so good, Boots good and bad! getting something for nothing is always good!Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Well done on the 1lb loss Nessa!
Hey Suggs. Hectic life :rotfl: Feel free to moan about the ribs, sorry to hear it's disrupting your sleep. Hopefully you'll be on the mend very soon.
Do let us know how the review goes, Raph! I'm sure it's all going to be very positive
Victory, ooh freebies! How much is a weigh in credit worth? Think you did well there - you could have told them it was a whole stoneIf they calibrated the machine for that, you'd have a lot of very happy weighers after you!
My sis and young niece were attacked while minding their own business in McD's once, I never go near the place, been boycotting since short changed by $10 in the USA long ago and the staff turned abusive on me.0 -
no she has not got the fabulous title of THE DRAGON just dragon, witch, waste of space, useless person:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
*sniff* okay then! (says the lady whose other nickname is dragonwitch!) - mind you the way she treats you I can see why you give her what to most people would be a nasty nickname!Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Have you tried the minibell cheese extra light or
buy Quark cheese 0% fat and if you put in a tablespoon of philadelphia cheese and leave it overnight it all tastes like philadelphia cheese? scarcely any calories at all.
you can put a few cubes of cheddar cheese in it and it will take on the flavour.
amazing stuff, try it

If any of you are fans of blue cheese, try grating 2oz (56g) of stilton into a tub of quark with half an onion, finely chopped - stir it all together and let the flavours mingle for at least an hour, then eat it with spring onions, carrot sticks, sliced apple, celery, ryvita minis, etc. The dip is two healthy A's and ryvita minis, if you have them, are a healthy B.
My DH is now home from hospital, he's making a good recovery so far, although it will be months before he can think about going back to work.
Congratulations to Raphael for SOTW and well done to everyone who's stuck to it this week. :T

ll pleased to hear your H is back at home:D
missyg on the back of the card it says 'credit for 10 weigh ins' so I reckon £5 at 50p a go, plus the £4 400 bonus points put onto my card, talk about being in the right place at the right time:D at least even I know I could not have gained 7lb in 48 hours:rotfl: :rotfl:0 -
Im waiting for my boyfriend to come home. He was meant to be doing 8-5 and its 8 now and hes still in a police station. He wont be back for another hour and a half i suspect. Hasnt eaten since lunch time poor sod.
And teachers are striking today because of pay. Hard life for them! (Granny exempt of course) I bet youre good granny and worthy of it.
On a weightloss note. My parents had chip shop chippys for lunch, and i refused dinner to save calorie intake. Although ive had some frosties and a kit kat so i probably would have been better off eating the dinner (although it was pizza)0 -
