Hi all, hope everyone is feeling good today (or at least relatively good) :)

Still on track here this week, though scales haven't moved since Monday - but that's normal for me and I'll probably start to see the difference at the weekend (TOTM due could be a factor too )

I'd been planning on going ice skating at lunchtime but I need to stay at home today for reasons too boring to mention, so I might do an easy yoga sesh today and call it a rest day, then skate tomorrow.

x-raph I can't work on the idea that everything is a 'diet' that there are no treats and you must eat this and this only, it is a life change, an adaption, portion control, not buying it in the first place, like the other day the magnum ice creams were on half price and I bought them, I knew they were there and could not relax:rotfl: :rotfl: I ended up insisting the kids had one so that I could have a little bit off one ( a whole one would be too much sugar) once I had a little bit I was settled then, if I was to be told I could not have it it would have been a mission to have not only a little bit but the whole lot

Unfortunately I live on my own, so can't force the bad stuff on others :rotfl:
Back on track today, just had lunch of salad & chicken chunks, dinner tonight is HM stew & plenty of fruit for snacks.
Off the the gym in an hour for my review! Fingers crossed

I have had the weirdest morning:D took DS to macdonals, sitting there minding our own when this old lady picks up her burger and drink and throws it over the three teenage girls sitting in the corner:eek: they were completely dumbfounded and did not react because she was an old lady, they start cleaning themselves up and the old lady then proceeds to pick up the food and drink from the next table and throw that over them:eek: I ran off to get someone as the girls were soaked and when he came over he automatically presumed that the girls had done something:rolleyes: little old lady sitting there all innocent but then she started &%*$%^ and *&^%$$^& and more &*^%$$£ so the girls ran out and so did we:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: not before I had made it clear to the man that it was the old lady that had caused this not the girls:eek:

Then I went to boots, they were just installing a new scales machine, asked me to try it out for free:D got on, tuesday sts 48 hours ago, 2 days later 48 hours later I weigh 7lb more:rotfl: :rotfl: now I KNOW i HAVE been eating the last few days but even I know that 7lb in two days is impossible:rotfl: :rotfl: so told her and she credited me with 400 bonus points on my card and gave me a smart card with 10 weigh ins on it:D

Thanks for asking, I was worried about me the other day, certainly lost the plot, the pain engulfed me and I felt worthless, the pain is still there but it is further in the background than the other day so I am working more around it than with it:D

My sis was really sorry she missed it all (rang her a million times on that day but she was away on business) everyone wishes me well for tomorrow :D

Crumbs I tell you how bad I was, when my sis was not in I thought about ringing my mum:eek: now that would have been a big mistake, me vulnerable like that talking to the dragon:rotfl: :rotfl: or witch as we friendly call her:rotfl:

I am going determined tomorrow, either up the medication or take me off this one and put me on another one.....NOW:D

Victory! Cor! £4 and 10 free weigh ins! I would never have the luck to be there at the right time and the right place. What luck!

As for the old lady: deary me. Obviously something wrong with her. My boyfriend said that he had an old lady phone up the police cos she said that 7 people had come into her house and nicked her mugs and plates. When they went she showed them the empty cupboard but all the mugs and plates were in the sink, needing to be washed. She also said that her husband came in, saw the 7 people and said, "i dont like crowds im going" But apaprently he died years ago. I felt really sorry for her, her mind letting her down kinda thing.

only one more assignment left to do at college! woooo
