ness, thats totall up to you dear - but thats what I'd do!
just weighed in and have lost 0.2kg which i didn't deserve but the fear of the dragon must have done it. well done to the other losers, sorry to hear peeps are poorly but I hope you are all feeling better for st george's day. The girsl in my office decided to celebrate with fish and chips( my fault, i quoted a survey that said to do it) and guess what? I DIDN'T HAVE ANY! Feeling v smug, even if the lingering smell is making me drool.
here's a list of where our group is going over the summer . . . the plastic dragon is only likely to be at Kelmarsh. If you aren at all interested in history, Kelmarsh is amazing - it's the English heritage festival of history and goes from bronze age right up to post ww2. It's expensive but a fantastic day out. If you want more info or details of how to find me at an event pm me!

Thanks BB, it is nice to hear someone agrees with my reasoning about the BMI, if I keep going slightly over then it defeats the object and it demotivates me. I want one I can stay comfortably within, all the time.
I'm a big fan of alternative & complementary therapies. I have been 100% free from hay fever for 10 years now and I used to suffer badly. Hope your final hypno sesh goes well.
I can almost feel the weight coming off this week now that I'm sticking to my diet cals. I have done 30 mins on the cross trainer while watching "Airline" today, and now that the weather's nice and sunny perhaps my son will go for a bike ride with me after school (although I'm supposed to be in for when the car service people call to say my car's done... argh)
Wendy, if you have recently increased your exercise then that is almost certainly body fat converting to muscle which is GOOD, not only will it increase your health and fitness, it will trim you up, and also those muscles will help you burn fat more efficiently. You're making a fabulous investment in your future weight loss there. Please don't be disappointed, you've said "never mind" to the rest of us who have STS or gained (myself included in the latter) so do take your own advice
Glad the dvd arrived OK and I know you're sensible enough not to start until your back is better
Well done Poohbear and KPC! Super will power with the chish and fips there!0 -
Hi all. I'm back from my trip and I'm sorry to read that you were suffering victory. That kind of pain simply shouldn't happen to anyone. I hope you are feeling stronger today. To you too tagz, i hope things go your way.
I had a good start to my trip (foodwise) and then i let myself go a bit (a bit mad!) towards the end but the scale seems to have been my friend and I have not gained too much. Actually, I wasn't going to post the number, but as it is wednesday (chart day) why the heck not. A gain of 3.5 lbs please delly. For me that is not too bad at all - perhaps the running while I was away helped. I can't seem to stay over the 100lb loss for more than a week, such are my large fluctuations.0 -
From one fluctuater to another well done eFrieze, you know it will be gone very soon! I hope you had a wonderful time and welcome back!0

Has anyone tried the 'Maple Syrup Diet/Detox'? I'm thinking of trying this one, but can't seem to find anywhere that sells the special syrup. Is there stockist that sells the stuff in a store rather than having to buy online and wait days??0
