...Bb I used to have Macafee but got rid of it. No self respecting MSEr :money:pays for antivirus protection etc I would suggest downloading and installing AVG it's free and very good. Turn off Macafee and see if your problem still persists. I must admit that it seems strange that a few other folk are having similar problems and it makes me wonder if there's a server issue :think: . The aurora borealis :j yay, hadn't thought of that, but as you're letting me have your house deeds I can turn it into a world cruise :rotfl: ...

Thanks Bb. I can't get to classes very easily as my nearest one is 20 miles away. I will look at online and also on here as I didn't know there was a thread. I am now really determined to make a difference to my weight.

The other 2 books I have started reading is the self help guide of overcoming panic and the same but overcoming anxiety, reading them is making me very panicky,anxious:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: nothing I HAVE not read before, the usual write everything down, find the root cause,confront your fears, etc etc, another 2 books that have the same thing in them :rolleyes:

I have two of the trinny books. The trouble with them is that you get about 6 or so pages on your shape that represents you, the rest of it represents other people! They should bring out a book for each shape or something!

I also find that being 21, theyre books are not aimed at struggling teens/young adults who have to comply in a certain way. I know some of their tips are appliable to shapes and styles, but it would be alot easier when im 30 im sure!

The bra thing is always dead right too. You gotta start from underneath and work out for sure. I throw a bra away the minute it makes me boobs look sagged or a dodgy shape. (or i keep it for sentimental value!) sad i know!

Morning peeps or nearly afternoon:D been off internet for the last 24 hours, gone from ntlworld to virgin media and they said had to do nothing at all but oh yes have been ringing and moaning about the lack of connection at 25p a minute and voila here I am eventually:rotfl: :rotfl:

So far I've got braised garlic pigeon and grape stufed chicken on red days, and fennel soup for green days. And apples. Vast quantities of apples.

Thanks petrichor. Just been through a nightmare of doing a system restore and that completely screwed my Macafee protection and said I had to re install it.( I got 3 yeears free macafee when I bought this lasp top new last yearpet, so a very good mse deal:) )However it's taken end less phonecalls and stress this morning to sort out and I've still got problems and the original problem so probably won't be on for a bit, or I might implode! Not a terribly good week all in all...

Crikey BB - I feel guilty now! I have done system restore loads of times (I !!!! up my computer a lot!) and have never had a problem with it. Mind you I don't Have Macafee - I use the free one! Anyway I am truly sorry and apologise if it was my advice that caused your problems. Please forgive me!

Please don't feel guilty marion. Honest! You were trying to be helpful and I didn't have to follow your suggestion. I just hate anything to do with the technicalities of computers, I don't no noffin. I'm just having a baaad few days. Can't even give you a harrassed smilie! (But I'll have the dog if youreally feel you need to salve your conscience:)) OOh pidgeon kpc - one of the best dishes I've had was a pigeon starter at a morocaan restaurant near us.Inolved icing sugaras well. Melted in the mouth.
