happy birthday pet!!!!!!!!!!! Hope you are having a lovely day.

Granny, I have no idea whether the lbs on the chart match my kilos because I don't understand lbs! However, I'm sure it'll be fine. It's showing the right direction at the mo at any rate. Today is the day I get my act together and get back on plan - especially as at weekend I have an appointment with a patissierie who want me to sell thier products, and i'm off for a day at hte pleasure beach with the family. So if i don;t want an absolute disaster next weigh in, must start being a good girl NOW! Would have succeeded yesterday . . . except the co-op had some toffee and pecan cookies reduced to 30p and of course that first step down the slippery slope . . . . . but toay is day one! again!

Welcome to our new bods, hope you like our board, we haven't been as silly for a while and the smut level seems to have gone down a bit ( oops, I said 'gone down'). Perhaps I shall post some pictures of Nigella to wake Ajax up a bit. bindi, I'm loving that smiley in your sig it's fab. Aren't Easter Eggs cheap this year? Dangerously so I'm thinking. OH has been instructed to buy my Easter present from Lush this year to try and avoid any chocolate related incidents

Jules, you are blimmin amazin, to keep up with Rosemary Conley with everything else you are dealing with. Well done you!

Victory, I remember reading about the lunchbox diet in a wimmin's magazine but don't know if it was a recent one - have a look at this weeks Best and Woman in the newsie's to see if there's anything there.

I would like to join in again please. I had a lovely holiday and missed my weigh in so will post next week. It was a bit wet for being outside but I did go in the pool and exercise every day so I feel good about that.

Suggs, I am really impressed by your before and after photos. It is a true encouragement for me.

    Now some questions.
Today Iwent to hydrotherapy, forgot to eat before I went and although I had homemade soup and dry spelt bread for lunch I was still really hungry. I had another bowl of soup but still felt I needed more food. I am on about four different drugs that cause weight gain and I am so determined not to gain any more weight that I keep trying to tell myself I am not hungry then end up eating toast at bed time. White sliced bread with peanut butter on usually! I weigh nearly four stone heavier than three years ago. It has gone on really quickly. I always ate healthily until I got gall bladder problems then went on a completely fat free diet where I went down to 8 stone, so I know I can lose weight when I don't want to.

I was a Home Ec teacher so I know all about healthy eating. Can anyone help me to lose some more weight please, as I know I am going backwards at the moment?

If you google smilies or smiley you get various sites that you can copy and paste from.

(That might be what Bindiboo said but I didn't understand her answer becasue I'm not v technical. :o )

For example mysmilies.com seem to have lots and you just do the click and paste thing. The only slight complication seems to be that some work in emails and some work on forums and some on both, but as soon as you find a site that you like and try it you'll know if it works. People will have their own favourite sites and be able to tell you the names. I'm a beginner.
