Congrats all you losers ...sometimes it's nice to be called a loser lol!
Grannynise great job on the chart again.
Victory great news on hubbys job.
HI to all the new thread members
BB'urple smiley to cheer you up!
Today started awfully with me having to call an ambulance formy mum as she has had a TIA also known as a mini stroke but the symptoms tend to disappear after 24 hours so here's hoping. She's being kept in hospital tonight for obs which means I've had to drop everything and come down to spend the next couple of nights with dad who can't be left due to his stroke and epilepsy. Recent events in my life must seem to be unreal to everyone who reads my post
I've been very organised today which is very unlike me lol Have organised for dad to go into respite early on Friday which is good for all of us as he treats it like a holiday too. Ordered him a new mobile phone to take with him cos he lost the last one! Got mum sorted with meds and clothing (even remembered her insulin as they never have the right one at the hospital).
And.......
I still made it to Rosemary Conley which I'm ecstatic about as I lost 3lb:D which takes me to...57lb!! or 4st 1lb loss:D
Catch you all soon

Yes, I am mot's WW newbie on non-existent budget.
I am, thus, determined that this outlay should bear fruit(which, at NUL points, I'll eat;) )

I am having home made coleslaw today for lunch, seem to crave beetroot, coleslaw, sauerkraut, gherkins that kind of stuff, so made a huge lunch box worth and taking it to work, have been reading a lot about the lunch box diet and wanted to start that one but you have to download it off www.thelunchboxdiet.com for £9.99 and I am too tight to pay it:rotfl: has any one looked into it? Got any recipes for the lunch box?0
