well after weighing myself this week i only lost 3/4 lb. after losing 14lbs inside 3 weeks previously i am a little dissappointed with the loss if i am honest. although i went to the gym 4 times last week i did however let myself go on saturday by eating 2 cheeseburgers (homemade) and having 7 beers (first in 1 month). i feel that this is a big contributor to the little weight loss although not the only reason. i also feel stronger at the gym, my legs and arms dont hurt so much anymore so maybe i have lost more than i think but have gained muscle mass which voided any fat loss??

oh well, heres to next week!

Bunter, you've lost so much in such a short space of time, it would be natural for your body to slow down temporarily and you're right, increased muscle mass may well be playing a part. Keep at it and see what happens next week.

well done to everyone again who has lost weight

WOW SUGGS you look amazing!! Quite literally half the man you used to be and it's so nice to put a face to a name!!

Hi everyone, I haven't had a good week this week, I haven't been well this week and neither has ds so I have been eating what I fancy and not filling in my food diary. I am reporting a gain of 2 lbs! Not going to beat myself up about it and as i'm still not well I am going to try for a maintain this week and then start again when I feel better! I didn't go to the gym today as I want to rest and get better properly!
Well done to everyone who has lost this week, haven't had time to read at all this week, good luck to everyone for next week!
    Goal weight....lighter than when I started :D

Well done to one of our newest losers ... mumoftwins who is not only SOTW but has also already made the 5lb challenge.

As I hope you can see the chart is purple this week --- homage to BB who can't make her buttons work at the moment.

Bails - have I got yout total correct?

Vix what happened? you were going to clean out your orifices then weigh in today???

Bunter - could you check that I've understood your post?

And KPC -- do the pounds match with your kilos?

And everyone else -- let me know if your total is wrong, it would be a pity to not have it right at the start of the month.

The chart is getting a bit long --- I'm going to hide names of people who haven't posted for a while for either weigh ins or just generally contributing.

And nothing to do with the chart at all .....

DD has been told that her lump is absolutely not malignant but may still have to be taken out ... what does that mean?

    Thanks for the chart Granny.

Really fantastic news about your DD. If it is of any help I had a lump which was not malignant but was taken out because it was just underneath where the bra strap goes and they thought it would be uncomfortable if left.

It was a really simple procedure a few years ago, and not had any problems since - touch wood!!
