    Hi everyone.

    Hope all is going well.

I went out last night for a theme night. I wore bright blue tights, red shoes, a pink ra ra skirt and a black top with lots of glow sticks. I looked groovy if i do say so myself.

Had 3 or 4 glasses of wine, which was a major mistake. My boyfriend had to put me to bed, undress me, put my nightie on and take my make up off. Worst thing about it is that i cant remember him doing it at all!!

i need a wee big time so im off. Ciao ladies and gents

    Hi Everyone!

Hopefully you're all doing better than I am at the moment - for the last few days I've been really struggling, eating the wrong things and just, well, eating  .

I need to draw a line under this week as soon as possible, and start afresh. I'll get weighed on Wednesday, but my chances of a weight loss are zero.

I'll catch up on the last 9 pages now, I'm sure to find some motivation and will power from your posts and I'm thinking that I might go back to basics on the SW diet as I still have the books from when I was a member a couple of years ago.

Ten weeks to my hols, I'd like to lose at least half a stone.

FFM - lmao @ that!!! :rotfl:

Hi Vix, let's all guess what the theme was ;)

Ess-six, yes just write it off and start afresh, if you don't weigh until Wednesday you have a great chance of evening out a bit of the damage!

I've ended the week with 1410/day average which is on pace for <0.5lb loss but could equally be a small gain as I was back on the exercise a bit more than usual.

I have set a mini-target of losing 3lb before 14 May, that's the one year anniversary of starting my diet. I was 11 stone that day and I would like to weigh in at 8 stone this year :)

Hello. Hope you don't mind my joining in. I've got to lose alot of weight (5ft 3 weigh 13st 7lbs). Lots of medical probs too that account for some weight gain but aren't helped by the weight either! Decided to really go for it so have started swimming lessons go to aquafit and walk/run 6 miles twice a week. Still however haven't lost much weight! I don't have a bad diet but I think portion size is my prob!

I've seen BMR mentioned - is that the same as BMI? How do I work it out?

    Thanks Tagz
    I would if I could but I can't so I won't!

Hi tagz, welcome to the group. Were height twins :)

When i first came here somebody suggested using smaller plates so that it looks like youre eating more than yo actually are. A tip im yet to use but alot of people do it here im sure!
