Raph - well done re the fat % loss - a bit annoying for you to feel you didn't get the accurancy you were expecting.

I think I was more deflated in the fact I didn't get the chat and praise that I was expecting from Simon. I was hoping for a pat on the back & this guy just said, "It's gone down." smiled then walked out the room.
Guess I just wanted to be told I was working hard enough! :o

Oh well, I've now officially started my weeks leave from work (finished 6am this morning) lots of drinks planned tonight, not sure about the food arrangement as I'm staying overnignt at a friends. Going to enjoy it all thou :D

    thank you mumoftwins
yes very happy i can now wear my smaller jeans easy!
no one at work or family (except hubby and daughter) know i am losing weight and i am hiding behind my old clothes at the minute! so when i go with new smaller clothes it will be a shock for them all!!
i decided not to tell anyone as it is such a good feeling when the 1st person say "omg have you lost weight!?!" and waiting to see who says it!! plus if they don't know when thay say it it will be the truth rather than someone trying to make you feel better!!
this morning i put on a my jeans and smaller top to show my hubby and i think he was shocked as cause he is so use to me wear baggy clothes! but i still have a long way to go!! i have size 12/14 clothes from my weight loss 4 years ago i never wore!!

p.s will let you all know when the 1st person notice!!

kymrob when I lost my 6 stone last year I kept quiet about it too, because I only wanted guenuine comments, I didn't want humouring.but I'm afraid I had to wait until I had lost way over 2 st but it was worth the wait cos then the comments kept flooding in and I loved it , it spurred me on.only one thing though a lot of [thinner] friends kept saying for me to stop way before my target because I had lost enough.but I took no notice cos I was still overweight and when I got to target I was no skinny lizzie and still had my curves and was so glad I took no notice,so you go ahead and do whats comfortable for you.Go for it girl, well done

p.s. kymrob dont be like me and get complacent once you get there cos way over a couple of stone piled back on,its easier to maintain than to have to start again like me , but never mind I'm on my way

Glad to see Ajax has managed to get his internet connection going down there. I've been dropping the odd ww yoghurt down to him, he seems to be doing okay. He got very excited when i mentioned that nigella is doing a book about christmas to be released in october 2008 . . . .

kym, you are doing amazingly well, and it's so buoyant to hear about it. I shall try to be good today when we celebrate a friends birthday.

Thanks Bails, they've dropped the offer down to £30 now which is a bit p[oo but it's still £20. I put my £10 on the favourite to win.
