yay bb nothing bette than getting your own puter back and working
vix i never dared be norty like that at uni, worst i ever got up to was skiving off at break time after my name was on the register (miss 3 in a row and bye bye), then they started taking register in both halves of the lecture, not surprising really when half of us would have had enough of biomed or sociology by break time.
where is ajax these days anyway?
my diet went to pott tonight, i had a burger and gravey chips from the chippy, only intended to eat one or two chips but the gravey was like belfast chinese take away gravey and i scoffed nearly all :S0 -

Raph, can I suggest a light smearing of vaseline? I have to do this whenever I buy new rugby boots, the socks just seem to rub away? It might help? Also I found the long strip of cloth plaster best as I could cut off the length I need and nip the corners so it would fit properly.
Nile might correct me, but it tends to be anytime after 1000 posts and certainly before 2000 posts. (otherwise the database slows down) I have seen a thread that is currently over 2000 at the moment.
I always thought it was monthlynew challenge-new thread

It's definitely better to go for a fitted top with scoop neck and jacket/cardi.
I'm glad I'm back at the gym, really missed it & felt like a slob sat infront of the tv all night instead
I'm really starting to like wearing tight t-shirts now (very rarely wear jumpers, even in the dead of winter) I like the fit now my tummy & rolls of fat are disappearingDebt Free as of 17/01/2009 Turtle Power!!

Been spending ages on the mortgage free wannabes threads and buying a house threads, very informative, anyway bid in, lady will let us know, we just have to hope now but then again from the financial side hope to be skint for the rest of our lives just to get a house:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: apparently my mother has gone on her pray mat to ensure we get the house (that is her attempt at being funny:rotfl: ) we shall see, never be able to go out again if we get it so will be on here loads bemoaning the lack of money but oh what a beautiful house, can't have everything:D
I would be glad if it is over because I am truly shattered with all the stress of it, we have never had our own house, always rented with the H job so never had such a huge responsibility, never had a mortgage, it is a mindfield, off again over to the mortgage threads, see ya' later:D0 -
Good Luck Victory. It's hard work going through the motions of buying a house and it can be very stressul so hope it all goes ok.
Ajaxgeezer used to be on this thread the whole time but he seems to have gone AWOL. I will pm him and see where he's at...0 -
Suggs you're the first person I know with a 100% ebay success rate! :j
Not having a very focused week foodwise, when I have a good loss I always seem to ease up a little TOO much the following week. So I am a couple of pounds over where I really want to be, but as long as they come off over the next month or so then that will be fine.
Glad you're back in action BB and Raphael, on the computer and gym respectively!
Wendy, I haven't tried those and I've not heard of them before. A multivitamin is about as adventurous as I get with supplements
Keep us posted about the house Victory and good luck.
Doing tax return prep here, yes I am one of those sad people who gets mine in straight away in the new tax year...0 -
wendy, do you get the same result if you drink cider? Joking aside, where do you get them from and what kind of price are they? They may be worth a try for me.
Suggs, hope you enjoyed every ounce of your gain. Congrats to all losers, especially our SOTW and to GPUK for hitting target!
I thought i was going to have a relaxing day working from home yesterday as I had some recipe testing to do. Boy was I mistaken! Had to visit several supermarkets to get hte ingredients, used up 2 sets of batteries for the camera, TRASHED the kitchen entirely, cut my finger quite spectacularly and have just totted up the syn value of what I ate. Owch! But I really enjoyed it actually, weve got a mini studio set up that I took home with a proper lamp and reflectors and stuff and my pictures look absolutely brilliant. I shall have to borrow it if I ever get around to listing stuff on ebay! Maybe thats why Missyg is so good at it - her pics are probably ace!
May have to have some serious red days now - Have several kilos of cooked meat in the fridge and freezer. Development supplied me with way too much. I shall post some of the recipes on the losign weight thread for you to have a go at.0 -
Good idea about doing the Ebay jobs on different days, would make it seem less of a slog! Only got 2 things on but better than nowt I guess. You're probably right about Missy's photos KPC, never thought of that :rotfl:
As for the vinegar capsules, not tried them but I did used to drink a mixture of vinegar and lemon every day when I lived in Zim  See, I have come a long way since then
Hope your finger's okay KPC, ouch! Good luck with the offer Vic, keeping my fingers crossed for you.
Meant to say, well done Raph on running the whole 15 ins, bet you're well chuffed with yourself! Preventative plasters are the way forward definitely. And BB, great to have you back in all your purple and smiley glory! :T
Bails' progress update(need to think of a name for my challenge...): I had a dream last night that I had to get on the scales for some reason (at docs I think) and I was very pleasantly surprised at how much weight I'd lostWonder if the power of positive dreaming works? :rotfl:
