Haha! I spied on him from the window - he bought an extra one for his friend :p (I'm proud either way...;))

..careful missy, it sounds like you're raising Robin Hood there - robbing from the extremely rich indeed to give to his mates :)

Hey all, well went for my review this morning.
I was stood around waiting for 10 mins before the guy on the desk told me that there had been a shift swap and Simon wasn't there to see me
I asked him if I could go on the scales, cos I was all psyched up for it.

I'm not sure if he did it right, cos the first time I got weighed I was 4.4 lbs less than my home scales. This time it weighed me 0.8 lbs more
He also typed me in as 5 ft 4.5, when I told him I was 5 ft 4

Anyway, it says my body fat % is now 43.2 %, so a tentative drop of 3.7%. I've made another appointment for monday to see Simon, so will see what results he comes up with.

So the fat is slowly disappearing!! :D

    Hi,

No weigh in for me this week due to house move, although according to scales it seems like I have lost a couple of pounds :T so please would you put me down for a SS and I will weigh in again next Thursday hopefully at least 2.5lbs lighter to make my first stone of weight loss :D

    Hi everyone.

Ive had a good day today. Seen the BIGGEST elephant i have ever seen! It was stuffed, but my god it was huge. Its leg was like over 6ft tall. I went on the website but i couldnt get a pic of it.

I then finished off my last ever trip with a visit to Primark! Bought some shoes. Would have bought two tops but it would have come to £70 and i didnt have my boyfriends card so i didnt bother. He'd be glad to hear.

Hope all is going well for everyone. Nice to see you back ajax.

Purplecatlover: That is very harsh!! I remember in year two, i missed alot of stuff due to meeting my boyfriend and sneaking off to be with him all the time. Never got threatened, which is a shame cos it might have kicked me into line!

Thanks to all for the advice on regaining oomphy approach to monitoring food intake. Have been much better for the last couple of days and will go off to wet cold Nice tomorrow and eat for England (or should it be France?).

Super purply writing your purpleness, and lovely to see Sir Ajax back. Will miss you ALL next week.

As for the cider vinegar capsules - i have heard that they're good for promoting weightloss. I know there was a fad for them a few years ago, my Mum searched every Boots in NI to get a pack to try them out.

Peeps, on the subject of gaining a few pounds... Quidco are offering £50 cashback if you register with Betfair through them and then place a £10 bet on something; yup, £40 profit! Got to be done by midnight on 6th though...
You never know, you might even win your bet too!

It means I was over excited by colour :D Too many enumbers...that should have read, ' bails mentally free range'.
Hav a fab trip granny - if you have been able to reign in for the last few days you know you can enjoy the trip and come straight back to us on your return.
A good night out with Dave Gorman and I resisted a much fancied take away:A .
great to see you again ajax - are you holding your own? (With regard to weight...)
Raph - well done re the fat % loss - a bit annoying for you to feel you didn't get the accurancy you were expecting.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

.........lol that is excellent. :T. I've been under KPC's desk for a few months now and if I'm honest I think there's nowhere else I'd rather be. The wiff is more Grimsby than Leeds but I think it's the chainmail that does it for me.

.........you'd better win on your bet. Go for something with REALLY low odds. The whole point is to grab the Quidco £50, no point chucking £10 of it away again on a no hoper.

Or, for the savvy/brave, Betfair is partner-friendly so you can open two accounts at one address and virtually matched-bet against yourself, gaining £100 in the process. ;)
