Think she had a bad day. They get bored easily and without trumpet-blowing, I genuinely think I know what floats their boat better than she does. They like drawing pictures, playing football, watching football and playing at being adults, watching planes, picnicking at the harbour, going on trains, they're my little action men:D ...since they were babies though, she has always found it difficult to cope with the both of them together whereas I've tried to see the whole dad thing as a challenge ( and I've not been disappointed  :D ).

Today? Just done the morning post run, got a load of paperwork again to sort through, picking the boys up from school, taking them to football training then back home, crack open a bottle of something and watch Euro 2008 first half followed by The Apprentice final.....:j

How about you my sweet? You sound a bit cheerier....

They sound like fun! I love kids like that, my mates little boy just wants to watch tv all the time.

But then I loved climbing trees and stuff when I was little.

I am more positive, less stressed although recovering from a migraine!

Life changing day tomorrow, thinking of doing it low-key so no-one notices it...:D

Just tired of making silly errors in life, acting daft, wasting money, eating too much, being disorganised, wasting money, lazing about all day instead of hunting for new customers, wasting money, eating too much, being an appalling time manager, spending too much time on the internet, eating too much and wasting money. Apart from that, I'm nearly there.

There's a girl called Benbenandme who gets everything sorted and runs her life efficiently and makes the effort to plan for the future and frankly I envy her. I envy her motivation mainly, I suppose, but she achieves the results because she puts the effort in. Have a look at her diary, it's blooming inspiring...:T

Off to football training now. Spent £11.65 on shopping in Tesco earlier gaining eleven Clubcard points in the process. Decided to shop there as much as possible after life-change day and get as many points as possible especially for my petrol. I must spend £250 a month on fuel and that would make 3,000 points in a year. I've also decided to get a little savings account for myself and put in any spare  money in it. First contributor will be the money I save in multi-buying at whatever supermarket I shop at. Most weeks I save between £2.00 and £3.00, by putting that in an account, it would pay for my TV Licence every year.

    See you later.

    Martin

Gosh Chip, I'm all embarrased now :o:o but thankyou, its very flattering and nice to know my ramblings help somebody :D:D Funny though isn't it, how someone else sees me as being all organised and in control whereas I see me as being dull and scared of failing :o:o:o
I must say though through the course of this diary I think you have made huge prrogress in your organisation levels. When I met you at Moors Valley you were saying about how you struggle to stay organised and on top of stuff, but by posting regularly on your diary I think you have done a great job of getting on top of it all ;)

I'm guessing the life changing event tomorrow could involve a big cake?? :D

    :D  :D

No big cake. I had my 40th birthday a few weeks ago and tried getting my act together then but it failed miserably... . I have all the motivation of a lemon sometimes ( and an un-motivated lemon at that  ).

You're certainly not dull, BBaM, I love reading your thread and I bookmarked it several months ago so I can find it easily.:D The fear of failure is probably part of your motivation, I guess, and it obviously works for you. :T I do wonder whether if I met someone like you, it would help me in my search fororganisation but they'd probably despair of me...:D ( that wasn't a hidden proposal then, I don't think...:p ). I have so many other parts of my life in reasonably neat boxes, just not the one that counts highly, money.

That's very true, beanielou. Money wouldn't buy me happiness, it would just make life a bit easier, that's all. Might be easier to stick to the eating plan if I had the money to splash out on a load of fruit too along with the not-so-good stuff. It also would mean I could develop the business a bit more and be therefore more self-sufficient too rather than be reactive all the time.

This is true, and while money doesn't buy happiness it does reduce the stress levels which makes everyone happier!
