Glad things are going well with the business, and that you're seeing plenty of the kids, hun.
Keep updating!

Blooming long, hot day today. This is me.... , not because I'm angry but because I'm now that colour...:D . No, not that colour, this one...
Took the twins to their first ever tournament today. DS3 was selected but not DS2 as he is right-footed and we have more than enough of those. DS3 is the sweetest left-footed player I've seen at that age....anyway their team were knocked out at the semi-final stage after extra time. They won four and drew three of their seven league games and didn't concede a goal at all but then lost in the semi by 1-0.
Caught the sun out there big time without even realising it.:j . Bought four ice-creams @ £1.00 each plus £2.00 for programme and parking. Off to see DS1 and DD1 tomorrow whcih will be nice.
Did that job for my new customer today which cost £5.30 over the Severn bridge and a tenner in petrol.0 -
Got up today aching all over after yesterday's football tournament. Boys still awoke at the same time though....
Went down to see DS1 and DD1 this morning and got back about teatime. Only spend was another £45 in fuel in the car ( was Tesco's and 45 Clubcard points though )....
Boys gone back now and house is quiet again.

Didn't really do too much today. Morning and evening post runs as usual, my mate John came round for a coffee and we discussed where our respective businesses go from here.
Basically, for the last five months since I've lived here, my rent has been £115 a week but I owed him around £1,000 from some work done on my car, tyres etc and a bit of rent arrears when I moved in. I worked an extra morning and evening a week to pay that £1k off and next week, it'll be gone. From next week, I'll be cutting down by one evening a week at the same time as the rent goes up a little so basically I'll be doing five mornings and two evenings a week to earn the same as my rent. That's quite a good deal for both of us as he has a reliable, trustworthy tenant and I get my rent paid for doing nine hours work a week...:j
Quiet day spend-wise yesterday. Coughed up £1.27 on five bagels then this moring, I spent £4.34 on some cheese, coffee and sugar.0 -
