Hey Chip!
Sounds like you have been a busy bee!
Very little happening here, just got in from visiting a friend, but other than that have been inside all day because of the rain!
12th June huh.... Good luck!! We all need a life change every now and then, I did mine in Feb and I'm a lot happier for it (although have just eaten some fudge and feel a little ill)
Well Done on the lie in... I was up at 8 and not amused!!
I think 500 words a day is a good target, I studied English at uni and believe me it's not best to leave it until the last minuteCurrent debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
Thanks for that. I thought you'd gone off me or summat...
I only managed 420 words today as I've been sat at this PC for way too long today. Got five minutes fresh air this evening and that's been it all day... . Losing the ill to type and losing any creative inspiration too....:rolleyes:0 -
That's why I started my final dissertation a year before it was due in!! (and finally gave up 3 days before!) You'll get there!

Hello.....:D
Chipland has been quiet today bar two long phone calls from the boys who are on half-term at present. Did the morning post run and just about to go out and do the evening one. Popped into the bank earlier to pay some money in and bought some stamps to send some customer-grabbing letters. I used to sub-contract for another courier and he used to run over to Cardiff on the last day of each month for three or four accountants to take over their Companies House paperwork. He's stopped doing it now so I thought I'd try and help myself to his old clients....:T
Other than that, I've completely swapped everything round in the front room / dining room as part of the life change. It has encouraged me to get shot of some old stuff that I don't need any more but it'll also help me keep things tidier in the future. I've done the bulk of it, just the paperwork to replace which I'll do after seven when I get home.0 -
Almost a no-spend day today....except for the money I've spent, a total of £2.16 on some stamps....:D
Had a nice email from a mate of mine back in Yeovil. He's invited me to go to the test match with him next week in Nottingham. He's going via the hospitality box so a new experience many times over... first time in a hospitality box, first ever test match, first time to Trent Bridge..... brilliant and can't wait...0 -
Hey Chip, just popping in to say hi! Glad to see things are still going so well
How did the writing go? I only ask because I'm months past a 12000 word deadline
