Hi Tin
No no documentation just the despach note i believe that gives an order code and price.... Infact they never even sent and invoice for the credit card payment Just took payment on order date in mid April immediately and had to wait until just after cancelled verbally on phone and emailed same then they arrived withind days in some what sub-standard condition 24th June so returned them to get replacements on the following friday 1st July and insisted on invoice but got another depach note and two new laptops this time
So i am of the opinion that the insurance was there next to top level insurance for 3 years and i guess would be with themselves. This is why i want to cancel it if it is going to be of no use to me should the need arise £2.00 savings club =£2.000 -
This must have been such a great deal that it has forced Tiny and Time to go into administration!!!0

All credit cards are covered under UK law (consumer credit act) for amounts over £100.
However, Visa has rules to protect cardholders for non-delivery of goods. If you paid using a Visa/Delta debit card therefore, then you should contact your bank.
If you paid using Switch/Maestro, then you have no protection at all. If this is the case you will just have to contact the administrators. You will be in the list of unsecured creditors.0 -
I don't want to upset anyone who has an unfulfilled order with Time/Tiny regarding refunds from your credit card company, however are you sure that your credit card transactions were completed in the UK, not overseas??
Time/Tiny's parent company Granville Technologies, was based in the Bahamas and Jersey, so there is a very good chance that your credit card transaction occurred overseas, not in the UK, hence due to a recent court case, the credit card companies will use this as a reason not to refund your money.British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0
