Awww aren't you all so lovely offering my OH a room! However, I fear you'd have less patience with him than I...and I have VERY little! Ha ha ha.

Just back from open evening and I'm pooped. Walked in, handed car keys to OH and he left. Hmmm...I'm alone then. Best get used to this...lol. I teach full days Weds and Thurs and have a 2 hour meeting after work tomorrow! Gutted. I might cry. Still, the kids seemed to enjoy it anyway.

We all do things like that, Firefox at least has inbuilt spell-checking in the browser which in the text box underlines in red the typos which helps as you type. Guess I have no excuse now for any typos on my part.... :o

Well done and thats a good way of breaking down the figures. Its good to see the interest per day drop. Do you use your own spreadsheet to calculate these?

No I use one I stole...ahem...was gifted, from someone on here. I can't remember where it was now...but I think it's one UKmonkey put up....but that could be the MS logger that I use.

Really sorry not much help there I realise. But I know it's an excel spreadsheet that I use. Perhaps you could ask on one of the main mortgage threads and they'd help you I'm sure.

Just had to call the police, a house across the road has been gutted and the upstairs window and the front door are wide open. It's quite worrying actually...don't want to end up with squatters especially with OH moving away soon. The police didn't sound like they would do anything really, and I tried the council so there isn't much more I can do I expect.
