Me too!!! Yeah I understand all that but parting with £100 just to stay warm seems a bit off...but thats just cos I'm cheap I guess. Ha ha. Mind you no doubt when we move to new house costs will rise with it being bigger. DOH!

Right, need to get some lesson planning done. I've done nothing this weekend thanks to the climbing course I went on yesterday for school. It was good and I enjoyed it but means I will get no down time this weekend...boo.

Ok so the mystery of the gas bill is solved. Turns out my other half made himself oven chips one day (gas mark 9!!!!) and forgot to turn it off for what he would only say was "sometime"!!!

    Therefore I blame him! Idiot!!

Another example of us males and our "incompetence" to get us out of certain chores.... ;)
(Must make sure OH doesn't see me writing this though!)

Ha ha ha....no such luck. I'll just stand next to him while he does it! He's not getting out of anything!!! Ha ha ha

Anyway this is day 2 off for snow. Off Tues, in Weds off today. Hmmm....was hoping for Friday off but I'm thinking we'll be in because it's been raining. Doh! Ah well. Is weird though cos there is no snow where I live! Odd!

Boo....I'm going to have to take 1K out of my ISA. Very upset. We've been caught out by the holiday and the rising dollar prices. Our accomodation was charged in USD. So now the exchange rate has dropped we have to pay more....gutted.

Still what can you do! It's too late to not go so we don't have much of a choice I'm afraid. Still got the travel insurance to renew too. In fact this is something I could get done today to save time and stress. Hmmmm.....

Taking OH to see The Mighty Boosh tonight as his birthday present. It should be fun, we are both looking forward to it anyhoo.

Boo...it won't let me renew online. Got a letter through from the travel insurance people saying they've frozen their prices for renewals. But I'll have to ring up...otherwise it's like £15 extra for a new one this year! Boo

Do enjoy the holiday, despite the exchange rate; very few of us can predict these changes and even less so now but don't let it detract from the pleasure.
