Yes I love golf, it pretty much kills every muscle in your body and I'm pretty carp at it but I love looking at that little ball and imagining it's summat/someone that's really bugging me at the moment, then I whack the life out of it

Jo, I will keep everything crossed for DD for you, my DD is dying for the day she can get a job - I keep telling her once she has one she won't want one LOL PS that chicken sounds delish - I love hot food - do you like encona west indian sauce I have it with everything!

The recipe I did last night used to be this a few years ago, but has evolved out of my kitchen with double the chilli and garlic and a touch more fish sauce. Totally yumm!!

That sounds lovely! I love Thai food too, we have a fab restaurant where I live but it is quite pricey, nice for a treat though - maybe I will go with my alcohol-free savings

And you know what....we've got it again tonight cos it's so addictive. Plus I already got all the ingredients apart from the chicken which is half price at the butcher bit in Tesco, 5 huge skinless boneless chicken breasts for £3!!

I'm off to make it now
