BHB, lasagne's lush, how you doing?
Evenin' All. Hellooalloallo What's going on 'ere then? Sorry got caught up in a black and white police drama series there - showing my age now hey?
Anyway - I'm doing good (ish) thanks. Bit of a stressful day, Jacked in one of my part time cleaning jobs becuase the company were getting on my chimes - so I don't have to get up so early now :j . Still have to open up at the school so have to get my bum out of bed, but not quite so early - so thats good. Have been trying to sort out the finances - income tax (as it was split over 3 jobs), tax credits and council tax benefit. All sorted now though, but Mrs BHB and I both felt like we needed a drink earlier. But we have both resisted. It would be nice to say we can have just one, but know we would be both in at the deep end again tommorrow. She didn't even have one on her birthday the day before yesturday :T .
Anyway - Basilcat - Just go with your gut instinct - I find mine is normally right
Keep up the good work everyone, And if you fall off the horse - get back on and try try try again! My missus says I'm trying
I don't know what she means
Have a great evening everyone

Good morning all
I hope everyone is feeling positive today
I woke up this morning (been up for about an hour) and OH said to me that I was sooo different when not drinking - so much more energetic. I bit my tongue that he should try it then and just thanked him! So feeling good about the not drinking, as it does have repercussions for several days after the hangover has gone.
Basil - sorry to hear about the job, but you sound determined to sort it all

I'm, off for a health check up at the local Drug and alcohol support centre today. Didn't ask for one - but had an appointment come through the post so might as well go and get checked out. I don't know what is involved - only time will tell.
22 days for me.
Have a great day everone.
