Wow I had a craving and a half last night!!! Didn't succumb tho and will probably have a glass tonight with friends. Feel better about that!

Hope everyone has a really good weekend - I'm going away so probably won't be around for a few days.

You have my sympathies about the sore throat Jo, though obviously mine is much much worse than yours

Didn't want to go to work this morning at 6.30, but felt better after an hour or so. Off to do the weekly shop at Lidl in a minute. 1 Case of fizzy water coming up! :rolleyes:

Still going strong .... well strong ish. Have not given in yet. Day uhm 1, 2,3, 4, er 14 completed!

can i join, as im fed up of promising to cut back on alchol, then the same night ending up having one or two to relax and then hey presto the bottle has gone!
i really want to get rid of the excess fat and the headaches that i wake up with.
so wish me luck!

Well, I am on day 12 folks :T I am off out for a meal tomorrow night - first time since I have not been drinking, I am going to drive so no excuses:D I think will prob be fed up when I get there but hey ho gotta be done :rolleyes:

Hi, All/Karen know the feeling well:D Haven't managed to give up yet, ended up drinking bottle of wine last night. Now thinking why? didn't even enjoy it. Good news is though hubby who said didn't have prob with alcohol(Hello! drinking every night).Said he feels horrible today and going to stop drinking. So watch this space.
