Hi Running- yes your symptoms do sound like withdrawal but if you have not had any alcohol for a few days they might be caused by something else, as withdrawal symtoms usually kick in about 4-8 hours after your last drink and keep going for at least 2-3 days- they should reduce though, so maybe your symptoms are related to having a panic attack, or could be the onset of flu- I would go and see you doctor before taking any more meds and get yourself checked out. Explain your symptoms, be completely honest about your drinking and take care of yourself.0

Im ashamed to say it was the opposite for me in fact I have been eating very badly (too little and not good choices) for a long time now. I think the booze had started to really screw up my digestion. that was scary so here I am:D
