willow yeah the tree not the buffy chum, it is more interesting than it sounds honest - and anything you ever wanted to know about them is in um - 9 A4 folders of papers and several books - if that don't put you to sleep nowt will!

Well done everyone- lots of huge efforts tonight.

Molly don't think your troubles are more trivial than others- you have been a rock on this thread and if you're worried then I worry about you- being sober when you've had an alcohol problem is hard enough but if you've got major stress around you as well that does not help. You always find time to post and support others, and you are so wise and tolerant- I'm so grateful for your kind and measured words. Take care.

WB- still thinking of you and your family.

Sorry never got online last night, picked up DD and then did some cleaning to keep my mind off the you know what! Managed another AFD after a lengthy struggle with myself, clung on tightly to the wagon but it went over some big bumps and I nearly got shaken off!!

Winebox and Molly hope you are both ok today, life is really tough sometimes isn't it?

Am feeling very midweekish today and we are having steak for tea which immediately makes me think of a lovely glass(bottle) of red:o feel I may 'give in' and have some, going to see how I feel later, must keep reminding myself how much better I feel waking up un-hungovered!

Ok two things
Does that make 40 the new 30?
And Shoppy - sometimes I buy those little lovely (2 glasses in a bottles) of wine (know the kind I mean?) Then I can have that and I feel noble cos its a little bottle usually get a white and a red cos my OH doesnt like red.
Might help if the wine monkey's get to you!?
