Bismark, I completely agree with Molly, I look forward to seeing what you've got to say on something (I know that's a bit sad really but there it is). It's really helpful to get a bit of feedback and some words of advice from those who've got experience of the issue.

As Molly says, which of us can remember things now anyway:confused:;) ?!

PS unbelievably, despite feeling really down, no craving at all tonight:j  !!! I expect it'll be back tomorrow but there's something unexpected to have a muse about...Right, just got to sprint into bed now without getting sidetracked and I've made it!

    See you tomorrow,

Well - had the cravings from hell today and am just glad my defences are up and in order otherwise it would not have been pleasant and it certainly would not have stopped easily...

Really am going to bed now!

I agree with Alisong and Mollypolly. Keep repeating yourself, Bismarck - I can't remember everything either and it will help everyone whether oldies or newbies!

Hi, after my plaintive post yest. my pc packed up! not that I'm having a stressy "holiday" or anything. The boat isn't really "smashed up" - we were misinformed re the headroom under a low bridge & took out the windscreen. A few scratches but nobody hurt, hope will be an insurance job.
    My birthday today!
Have to go have a good day all

Hey, happy birthday winebox, hope it's a good one.

Just a quick one for Bismark because I don't often get the chance to say well done but...well done:T , sounds like you did really well there.

Also, just a thought but where's Jo? Hope all's ok Jo.

thanks...wouldn't have classed myself as "at risk" but it was one of those days...not for any particular reason...just that way out!

happy birthday winebox...shame about the boat-trip...back on dry land now, eh?

-sorry that was a bad one!

Bismark, I know it's different for everyone but how long did it take for you to get to being not at risk?
