Alisong, have you read Allen Carr's book? Its a very easy read and may help your little voice to keep quiet when you are on holiday. I know what you mean because I would be very tempted to reach for something cold and alcoholic whilst sitting in the sun. But then I suppose you can reach for something cold and non-alcoholic too - coke, orange juice etc. Just think too how much worse a hangover is in that sort of heat!

Alisong.I have read that book too.Its great and its only a liitle paperback book.You will get in in WHSmith for about £4.He has written two.The one I read was called 'No More Hangovers'.I kept it by my side at all times when I first gave up.(called it my little bible)

It's not often there's no-one here late evening or in the morning, are you all on holiday??!

A bit overcast here today, I'm popping up the gym later to try to shift a bit more beer belly:eek: ! So that should be quite a sight.

Sometimes it feels like that doesnt it.Hope you are still doing ok.
