Guess who forgot the tent poles :rotfl: ? Tent up with not too much fuss.

Got some interest in car at last from a couple who live around the corner. Were supposed to comeback again yesterday evening but no joy. I hope they are still interested .

Prepared an ebay ad so will list it this evening if no joy today.

Will do a car boot tomorrow depending on weather. Im going to enlist OH to find other bits to add to the current pile of stuff. If I get around to it or dont forget I will see if Mum will let me have some books.

Ordered an online shop and in there was phone jewellery for 1p each. Ordered 5 but I think they will be out of stock!

ohh spends yesterday were

£21 - £20 to OH to get £10 petrol for test drive and two bags of chips need to get the change off him. It starting to annoy me.

£1 chips on the way home for me.

With regards to the tent poles, that sounds like something I would do. I'm not very organised with things and we quite often get to out destination only to realise that I've forgotte to pack an essential item.

Hiya Wendy How much is it near you to do a car boot? It's £10 around us so you have to make £10 before you start getting into profit. Still its better than nothing.
I think I'm going to have to follow yourself and GR and start planning my days. You both seem very organised
OH popping into town. Think I'll go with him. That way if I see anything I want, I can get him to buy it. Lol

Its not too bad round here £5.50-6 and there are usually at least two to choose from.

Just had a WTM sold the last star trek box set made £25 less £3 postage. It sold Thurs but apparently there was a problem in sending the emails. So checks your Amazon account to be sure the smae hasnt happened to you. First I new was when they sent an email transferring the monies to my bank account!

Have just checked my Amazon account. I'm all up to date with send off everything I've sold. Worse luck. There was a slight chance there that something big had sold and I would have a WTM

Zafira listed on ebay. Other than linking through your own account how do you search for it becasue I cant find it when I search Zafiras?? I even logged out in case it was that. I want people to see it lots of people!!

Spends today are £28 ish for ad and £60 ish for groceries both not actually out of my account today. £5 car wash (very lazy I know) and £3.43 postage for Amazon sale.

Baked bread sticks still yummy but cheesy biscuits not a hit really so will give them a miss next time.

Car boot loaded for tomorow cant be as bad as last time surely? Never got around to asking Mum for books. Freecycle had 4 boxes of car boot stuff which I grabbed but cant get till after the car boot so that will have to wait. Anything from that is a profit.

Sorry you havent won the lottery GR or Dizzy. You are both doing so well with the june challenges. I might mentally add up what I make and join if tomorrow a success.

Anyone else watch the apprentice? Looks like Im not the only one that struggles with the word tomorrow!! Read an old old school report my Mum found from year 1 (year 7 these days). All my faults are still the same, rush, dont pay attention to detail, rubbish at grammer and puctuation. 19 years and little has changed!

Hi Wendy. It may take a while for the Zafira to list. I listed a phone yesterday and it took hours before I could find it. Apparently some items go through lots of checks. I listed my item about 6 pm last night and it wasn't there right up until I went to bed which was about 11 pm. I've got up this morning though and it's there with a bid for £90. So hold fire and hopefully it'll show up today for you.

Hope the car boot goes well for you and you sell lots.

Yes found it this morning. Good news made £9.40 at car boot after £5.50 pitch and £4.85 taken from pot by family (aint aking them again!).

Een better news someone coming to look at the car this evening some time after 4 hopefully so fingers crossed. They have beaten me down on price but I wont go any lower than £2400.

Girls brought back more stuff than I sold lol kept going to one stall who just wanted rid. Sending OH to pick up car boot stuff now so hope thats some good stuff to add to collection.

Not going to make a fortune at this car boot stuff but its still a nie morning chatting to people and friends and usually come back with more money than I left with.

1 extra bit of news those 1p phone jewellery crosses were delivered. So three out to DDs and DD friend and two for sale at next car boot.

Hey Wendy I was wondering how you got on. Well done. It's money you wouldn't have had if you hadn't gone.
That was good news about the phone jewellery and a nice surprise. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you tonight. I bet it will be huge relief when it's sold.
