No sign of them yet. I beginning to wonder if the price is just too high. Already dropped it and at the moment for £2400 I will only make a profit of £975. Actually with advert fees its probably another £100 less.
Should never have started this and left well alone.:j0 -
Good luck Wendy, hope they turn up and buy.0

Thanks guys xx:j0

Well at least this lot showed up. Couldnt agree on a price. I went down to £2300 they offered £2200. They may get a car for that price but not within 25 miles and with all the new stuff I had done in the last year.
Lowered my price on Autotrader and the reserve on Ebay so just have to sit and wait it out. Which you can guess Im hopeless at!
Was classing today as no spend but OH took £30 out to pay for Golf tomorrow this does include a big bar of choc for me. He has got a mate to go with so cant let him miss this. Cant tell how finances are going really until I sell the car then I will know if year so far successful or not. Got £266 to pay by 5 July for holiday. Do have the money in savings but what is left is half the girls money. I feel so guilty at risking it. I should get it back but will it have been worth it? An old car worth £500 at best thats cost £1000 and a meagre £700-800 profit on car which I still owe my Mum for.:j0 -
Here's a hug Wendy. You're right not to back down on the price. If you did you'd regret it after. Keep hold of it while there's a chance of getting a better price. Focus on what you've achieved since joining this site, and feel great knowing you're way ahead with your finances if you hadn't started to tackle them head on.

Therefore should be well off with loads of spare money?! Need to get a grip with budget again especially OH and Kids.
Worked out that at the end of the month I will only have £2400 left which should be higher so we have been wasting money again on god knows what. I will have to look at the spending diary.:j0 -
Oh I did post twice yesterday but computer said NO to both. Ageed £2150 for the car with no tax (was going to add 6 months on). Should have got a bit more but just want the car gone as it has thrown my budget out the window.
Thank you to all becasue as Dizzy said I am better off (although part is to do with tax credits) and I wouldnt be without you. I need to knuckle down to budgetting again becasue I should have room to overpay the loan by £200 a month at least.
Already have the £500 saved for amas so thats all sorted.
Lee to with the apprentice but I feel Claire will get it. Dont like the other two although slightly warmed to Helene in the interviews.:j0
