  • Finally got a password by snail mail despite them saying it would be e-mailed. Can't bring myself to try logging in yet.

Given all the previous posts I may just put this one down to experience and leave it alone for the time being until(if?) they sort themselves out.

I had this problem and traced it back to a pop-up blocker. The transfer page tries to open a pop-up calendar that you need to select the transfer date from (AFAIR - it's been a while since I've used it!).

Thanks.... wasn't aware there was a pop-up blocker on this machine! Certainly doesn't block any other pop-ups!

What do you risk/loose by logging in?

The least it will do is confirm (or otherwise) that your account is technically set up and you can access it.

That comment was an attempt at sarcasm - I was inferring that I may not be able to cope with:
:j excitement if it works, or
:( disappointment if it does not!!

At least I have something to look forward to

See #216 and #227. They will probably try to collect it eventually, but in the meantime, enjoy the free interest.

Yes, I had a couple of quick payments made before the final payment thing started to happen.

I tried another small payment to the account and the DD was put back in place but then it happened again. Did you get yours sorted out and if so how?

In a word, no. After they forgot to take a £500 payment and then tried to take it 2 months late without warning, I gave up on their DD system completely. I now make transfers into my account by BACS.

Edit: Oh, and this thread is supposed to be closed, new thread HERE
Hopefully one of the mods will see this and actually close it. :D
