  • Gah I've seen some lovely dolly shoes for a fiver and i could so do with them for working at the pub!!!!!

You soooooooo shouldn't have mentioned it!!! LOL :rotfl:
  • Sh*t!!! I have succumbed again. I saw another thread on here and it MADE me buy stuff on the internet. There goes another £40. Most of the things will save me money in the long term as they'll make good cheap presents. But i have a cupboard full of cheap presents aaaaagh!!!

Tips on not buying internet bargains greatly appreciated.

Perhaps we should start a weekly challenge?:D

  • Well the urge has passed - for now anyway!! LOL

I did have to borrow 60p off one of my mates at work this morning to buy a can of diet coke cause I'm sooooooooooo tired whilst working at the pub (my second job) last night and I need caffine.

Anyway, I get paid monday and my shopping list consists of:

Hairdye (I've got a money off voucher and will get pigsback points too)
An intensive conditioner cause my hair is soooo dry (I'll get the cheapest one possible)
A car wash (I live in a block of flats and there is no way I can clean the car in the car park and the car is beyond dirty!)

Are this good spends or am I being stupid again?!

Morning btw - honestly, what would I do without this thread!

Ooooooooooh! I would so resent paying for a carwash.;) Hairdye etc is essential as it will make you feel good and not spend money on meaningless rubbish. Hmmmmmm! maybe that's where I'm going wrong!:rotfl:

I am so glad I'm not alone!!!!

    t.m.d. WELL DONE!! :j :j :j

BUT - STEP AWAY FROM THE SHOES!!!! And stuff for pay day are good spends, I'd say!

rayday2 - that's some bargain!!! Where did you get them from? You're an inspiration to us lot on here!! Can we make you an honourary NON-spendaholic?!?!

Jenny - £40 on Ebay?!?!?!? You should be ashamed of yourself!! No, seriously,we all have moments of weakness. Just don't do it again!!!

mcrfan(man u or city?) - welcome to the thread, I'll give you a number shortly.

Littlechicken - we'll "let" you have the cat :p

Roxie - How lonh will £170 worth of food last you?? If you're anything like me you'll buy loads of fresh stuff, let it all go off, and then have to chuck it away!!

Buffy - big move, but probably best for you. Have you cut the card up now though????

    Have I got everyone?

I have a suggestion, I think BEFORE any of us (like t.m.d. did yesterday) buy ANYTHING on impulse, we need to come on here and talk about it first. It took quite a bit of persuasion yesterday, but in the end t.m.d. didn't buy the moisturiser! :j

    I LOVE YOU ALL!!
