Morning All
In a very good mood as I have a job interview on Friday!:T :j They called yesterday. I didn't really expect to get this far for this particular job, so very chuffed.
Yesterday's shopping at Mr T cost 62p thanks to an £8 coupon. Put some of my sister's shopping through as I had bonus point coupons for some of her items and I owed her £4 anyway.
Checked the PIN money last night and I'm up to £60. I do have more, but some of it's £2 coins, 5ps and coppers, which all have their own pots.
Having sushi for dinner tonight, have HM quiche for lunch and HM malt loaf for breakfast.
Hope everyone's okComping, Clicking & Saving for Change0 -

So much for not smoking, I was climbing the walls by 2pm and flew off the handle at the slightest thing. Oh well, I'll try again today.I might bundle up and toddle down to the greenhouse today to plant more seeds.Bulletproof0

Morning All
Not as foggy here as yesterday luckily.
DS is back at school today and I have the house to myself from 9-3 for the first time in ages. Have lots of things on my todo list and hope to get to the library later. Mind you not going to try and get too much done today or I burn myself out.
Chilli for tea as DS has footie training tonight and if oh isnt home I will have to take him so will just out it in the slow cooker and it will be ready for everyone.
Have a great day.

Hello everybody,
I went around to see DGS this morning for a play. We made mud piesoutside and then blew bubbles. I blew the biggest.
When I left I had to post a letter and half way there the heavens opened and I got soaked. By the time I got home the sun was out again but I was like a drowned rat. Benny (our dog) escaped this morning and I had to chase after him. Luckily I thought of changing out of my nighty first.
After lunch I made DD her tissue holder which turned out nice and reading about doing a simple 9 square quilt block for a couple of cushions I need for our divan Mum gave me ages ago. All this shabby chic has got my creating juices flowing. :rotfl:I also made a banana cake.
PenPen Good luck.
Hillstep Nice to see you back.

hi everyone..... just popped in to say hello to you all..
.
had a day out on London with my dd yesterday, she is 13 and wants to be a photographer... well what a good day she ended up having... we was walking past the Hgh justice court yesterday and there where tv cameras and press ect.. so we asked what was all the fuss about and was told that Mr Alfeido ( sorry about spelling ) was in court over the Diana case... so we waited for two hours ( freezing ) and she got a perfect shot of him !!!!! she was chatting to all the top newspaper photographers and they were really helpfull to her, giving her tips ect, an american tv crew even let her have a go of the £80.000 camera !!!!!!! she was soooo chuffed.
we missed the McCartneys.they were there earlier apparently.
its freezing cold but the sunshine is on its way here this morning, so am planning to have a morning of washing and a quick clear up, have a coconut cake to make for one of my ladies
something with mince for tea for oh and im having smoked haddock
hope you all are well

Mr Pen-Pen was lifting a dish of curry he was warming up out of the microwave, and it exploded in his face, burning it. Luckily he had his glasses on but it has burnt a tear duct that they need to keep an eye on. (sorry for the pun!)
Hi Amie - long time no hear? Glad DD had good time in London.

Morning everyone. I went to bed alter than I wanted to do last night, busy sorting shelf out in kitchen-and bookcase (at office end of kitchen).
It's a grey frosty morning here. OH has had to go and make a delivery today so Won't be in his office all day... so I have to go into work for a few hours-hope the sun comes out soon or I'll be in late, I hate driving in frost- (I had a very near miss a few years ago while taking my DDs to school, A car transporter pulled out in front of me and we ended up being within inches of going underneath him!!!!!!! ) I've been very wary and nervous in icy conditions ever since.
Checked my lottery ticket before I went ot bed. It's in the bin-I don't know why I bother with it sometimes.
(((hugs))) to all who need or want one. I'm just going to make some coffee.
