Help Please - My domain is trapped...

This is going from bad to worse... I just ran the search again on nominet as i did earlier in this thread and now I'm getting

What happens if you do try? Sounds like it's another fasthosts customer that's using your domain. At least you're not the one paying for the hosting.

Actually deleted that post because I missed the one where the OP says that fasthosts tells them to merge accounts. That means there's definitely another fasthosts customer/account making use of that domain name. No idea how it's happened but they'd have had to have been sneaky about it and I'm sure the OP must have confirmed it in some way, maybe without realising it.

ok, can someone please assume I am very slow and explain to me what I need to do?

it may be relevant that it was only today that i unchecked the box in my fasthosts account that was forwarding to Tiscali, before then, my domain adress just came up with the tiscali holding page, now tonight these little scroats with their badly designed website have come and pi55ed all over my fireworks....

What I am trying to get at is.

Nominet are like the police for this so if you can double check by registering with them you will be confirming you are the owner and you can download a certificate to prove it.

Then if you need to dispute the name in the future you will have more chance knowing that nominet believe you to be the owner.

Then I would write/Email to fasthosts and ask what the hell is going on.

ok. But I don't get how 45 minutes ago when I ran a search on nominet, I got all that info I posted here, and now when I run a search, it comes up as zero results.....
