Just been looking at your other posts - in your situation, please don't go out and buy stuff - try improvising with what you already have :money: empty margarine tubs, for instance:rudolf: Sheep, pigs, hens and bees on our Teesdale smallholding :rudolf:0 -

That's a great idea, thanks. :T0 -
I get small plastic containers in the pound shop - 5 for (you guessed it) a pound. They're microwave and freezer safe, you can re-use them over and over again. The ones I get are big enough for individual portions of curry etc.:)0

Thanks, we have a pound shop nearby, so will go and have a look. :T0 -
As the title says really. I have just trimmed off the mouldy bits and grated enough for this evening but I don't want to throw half a block away.
If I can freeze it is it best to do whole or grated? It will be used for cheese and pot pie in the future when i have way to many spuds!!
ThanksLucylema x :j0
