Put it into boxes - they can be reused, and don't clog up landfill for 1000 years like plastic bags :)

Any suggestions where I can get boxes?

We are talking cardboard boxes? Just wondering how clean they would be, or am I getting the wrong end of the stick? :o

Just been looking at your other posts - in your situation, please don't go out and buy stuff - try improvising with what you already have :money: empty margarine tubs, for instance :)

  • I get small plastic containers in the pound shop - 5 for (you guessed it) a pound. They're microwave and freezer safe, you can re-use them over and over again. The ones I get are big enough for individual portions of curry etc.:)

As the title says really. I have just trimmed off the mouldy bits and grated enough for this evening but I don't want to throw half a block away.

If I can freeze it is it best to do whole or grated? It will be used for cheese and pot pie in the future when i have way to many spuds!!

    Thanks
    Lucylema x :j
