    I would , as long as it has no mould . I chuck my cheese in there all the time .

    Yes, you can freeze cheese.

    In our house cheese never lasts long.
    Cheese will keep quite a while and if it does go moldy, just cut the outside off if it is a hard cheese.

    Thanks for the replies.Grated it up and put it in the freezer. Normally cheese does not last long but this got pushed behind something else and got missed.
  • Aye now its grated. All you need is some flan bases, recipe elsewhere. Put pastry into big flan dish ...

    I would have just used it as normal, I don't ever look at the dates on cheese.
