:j I've just returned from an hour and half trek to our local Lidl - wouldn't have taken so long but return journey was nightmare. Had pushchair containing DS, two large cartons of OJ, 2.5kg of potatoes, 8 pints of milk, etc etc. Definitely burned a lot of cals....:TDisneyworld Florida in August 2011 :jLost so far: 0 lbs of 4stMother of beautiful son with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy0

have you had any caffeine this morning? When my blood sugar is low, the combination makes me shaky."Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"

Not a very happy bunny today. I just feel really bloated. Was trying to think what I have had that would cause that. Have been feeling so much better with the Low GL and low (but not cut out) gluten."Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"

Theres something wrong with my clock today.. it's reading 20 past 2 but my stomachs saying 20 past 6 and it wants its tea.
Ahh I know I'm not really hungry, I'm just at a loose end now my friends gone home (after snaffling the last of my pea and ham soup  ) I should go iron but I can't be bothered. Going to wait until I've got a whole DVD's worth.
MrsMc - They cook in dripping mostly where I live. Some are converting over to oil and are going all upmarket... no more asking for 'one of each' when you go in but now its cod, haddock, shark, battered frogs legs, kebab, burgers etc. The haddock in ours is a good foot long but the cod is a tiddler. OH will only buy the cod because its the only one that they have skinless.
Actually, liked it more when I had it last night but always used to just go for biggest regardless of taste before.
Don't tell me you don't go on the great whoopsies hunt, Frogga. Its the only time I'm glad of my big hips as they eclipse the bargains from everyone elses view when I'm bent over the chilled cabinet and I can fill my boots.AUGUST GROCERY CHALLENGE £115.93/ £250
