Newlywed talks proper English like what i does.....:rotfl:

    But just for you:-

My journey would have been much speedier, only i had to wait a while as the poor lady placing the "reduced" stickers on the food -found herself under siege from the hoards of local German shoppers.. I being a polite British individual waited until they had stopped and then has a browse at what said lady had reduced :p

Pigpen – you don’t need chocolate!!!:naughty: It gives you a sugar rush and then your blood sugar plummets,:naughty: Purpleivy is right about the GI/GL stuff. If you NEED chocolate have a small piece of dark, good choc:drool: not something highly processed, try a cereal bar, a few nuts or the like instead. I do hope your friend arrives soon………………and get some bl**dy breakfast inside you

    Morning all!

Yesterday was a mixed bag - I saved my low fat cuppasoup until 4pm, and therefore ignored the box of Krispy Kreme donuts we had in the office (a celebration) but did have a tiny glass of champagne.

OH made a gorgeous spag bol for dinner, but used coloured pasta rather than wholewheat - but still, was relatively controlled. For desert I had low fat M&S Raspberry mousse (spent a M&S voucher yesterday) - and then with a cup of tea whilst watching rambo I had 6 x animal biscuits (they're tiny - 0.2g fat and 10 cals each, so felt like a treat but wasn't really a naughty one!!)

Feel ok about that, as i'd normally have had the donut, a big glass of champagne, pigged out on pasta and ate all the biscuits, haha!!!

    Today:
    B: maltiflakes (!) w/ semi skimmed, water
    S: cup of coffee (i like it milky - s/skimmed, 1/2 sugar)
L: leftover spag bol (not a lot of pasta), yeo valley fat free yoghurt, orange
D: prawn stirfry, noodles, some sort of gingery sauce I think. Have some lurking in the fridge!

Have a lovely day everyone :) xxx

I used to eat the nuitrigrain bars - no nuts in them ;)

Also the Geobar choc chip bars are nice - mostly rice and slightly chewy - not tooth breaking and don't think there's any nuts in them either ;)

Uses quite a lot of Agave nectar... I like this. Although it's expensive, it's cheaper than all the chocolate carp I was eating before!

Tuesday is weighin day for me, nothing, nada, zip, zero, zilch! That bloomin' little 1lb is still sat there bugging the **** out of me. Must try harder this week, want to see that magic number I haven't seen for many years, still many stones to go but will be my second off since October when that last 1lb goes!

    Today
    Brekkie - One yoghurt
Lunch - Veg soup & roll
Dinner - Curried turkey (DP thinks it's chicken ;) ) with some added peas, onions, mushrooms etc with rice
    Snacks - bananas if required
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb

Ah.. lil-me have faith it will happen:rolleyes:
Feel good today had to put a belt on my jeans and not just for show:D

    B-HM smoothie
    L- tuna salad grapes
    D-chicken curry and basmarti
I have an apple and a pear and a sachet of options hot choc.
Pub tonight maybe two gin and slimlines:rolleyes: a girl needs something to live for and it makes me cleverer for the quiz:p

Yesterdays walkies 11158- it's a huge effort for me to get to this total as I'm deskbound 9-5 but exercise really helps me:A

I've always had porridge for brekkie, but once in another failed attempt when I tried Gillian McPoo 'you are what you eat' I made smoothies and felt fresher and alert, also fills me up I use half a mango a banana and half a passion fruit with some milk. Imagine it's quite a few calories but it suits me well:confused:

    Have a good day y'all:j
