Even though I am drinking hot water & lemon, loads of water through the day and loads of fruit I just cant go!
(Sorry for the too much information- feel free to ignore!)
sweetcorn!!! couple of spoons and off you dash.. evil stuff.. comes out same as it went in.. QUICK!! lol
Have you tried figs/syrup of figs/califig is what I give the children/orange juice... taste like nothing edible.. but work.. and much better for you than the junk you get at the chemist!! Lactulose is nasty nasty nasty.. 5ml of that put me in hospital!! It sent my entire gut into spasm and well.. lets just say it is an experience I am not keen to repeat!
try a spoon of brown sugar in the hotwater and lemon.
Obviously you should go make sure all is ok if it continues too long or you are in pain.. some people just don't go very often.. I only go once every 3-4 days.. which is miles better than it used to be.. every 3+ WEEKS or so..
my digestive system is great I can kick it into action with a slice of cucumber or a lettuce leaf or even a banana.. not so good if you get a salad while out eating!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

Garlic. Goes through me like a dose of salts
Rubbish day today - went to have porridge but had run out so had 2 slices wholemeal toast and then went to the chippy and got chips and curry!!!! Bad Nixy! However I ate a quarter of them and gave the rest to my boss who had been slavering about them since I walked back in the office so not as bad as it could have been.
Saversarn, I'm flying to Dublin tomorrow and then flying to London on Thursday - and everytime I troff a muffin or neck a latte I will think of youservice station dustbin indeed
