Well done Frogga:T :T :T 4 1/2 pounds per week is a fantastic acheivement!!
Hmmm... I think I need a kick up the a*** to get back into gear! Did not have a particularly nice Mother's day as OH/kids didn't bother much (well, at all if I'm honest) so ....
Cue 2 days of feeling very sorry for myself and we all know what that means...... food, all unhealthy stuff and lots of it. PATHETIC:mad: I now feel unhappy AND fat too!
Very tempted to give it all up TBH.........0 -

Well giving up won't solve that first bit I've quoted will it?
Just draw a line. End the day and then start again tomorrow. "Tomorrow Is A brand New Day With No Mistakes In It"

That's the only rule Cat ~ no giving up! Start again tomorrow with me
TBH I'm a bit scared of cats , with good reason I might add, and if I'm prepared to put my prejudice to one side in order to help you then I think you should stay on board

Hya Folks...I am back!
Well actually I have been lurking, but never seemed to have the nerve or time to post.
It's been a funny two weeks for me or is it even three??
Fantastic news Frogga...:T:beer::T 18 pounds is fantastic!
I have only lost 9 pounds since Jan 1st this year...but better to have lost than gained I suppose!
After losing 4 pounds in one week, I put on two pounds the next week...but last Friday, I had lost them again...so that's good.
I have been up to my eyes in College work, but I am back on top of it again. I have also been busy at work too, so it has been all go lately.
Thanks Mrs M for noticing that I haven't been posting...I have returned to the GC challenge too...despite Feb being a disaster!
I did quite well yesterday, working in the garden and getting lots done. I have two 8'x4' beds prepared for veggie planting soon...they are covered with black plastic just now to stop weeds growing and the cats using then as a toilet. the other two are nearly ready ...waiting for mode HM compost to go on. For Mother's Day, my present from DS1was to make tea on Saturday night and come out and do 2 hours of weeding yesterday. DS2 has taken a rain-check on his garden work as he is recovering from a sprained medial collateral ligament in his left knee, and has had masses of homework to catch up on. Both boys were short of money for Mother's Day, so I told them I would rather they helped me in the garden more and made more meals...so far so good!
Well, must walk the dog before taking DS2 to the physio for and hour. In for 30 mins before taking DS1 to his music teacher...Saxaphones are sooooo loud! I have pasta and cheese sauce made, will put in dish and grill for tea.
Well done everyone on your losses (especially the green one)...must dash

Sorry to all those I kept waiting , but some of us do have to go to work you know! Actually I'm back earlier than usual as Tadpole 1 was sent home from school as she is not very well. First time EVER she's been sent home from school, so guess she really doesn't feel very good.
Anyway , on to the weigh in. Well, as you can imagin I'm a bit grumpy about it. I now weigh 17st 10lb which means I lost 18lb as I was exactly 19 st on Pancake Day. I know that it's a fair amount , but to now know that I'm still 7st 10 lb overweight is aufullI'm SO !!!!ed off , I really really fancy a binge, just a little one...........................
Just looked at the callendar and I guess It's not a bad amount for under a month  You know me though, never happy. I want to wake up thin again in the morning and that's gonna be ages away!!
Well done!!!!! I wish I could not weight my self at least once a week. Beats jumping on the scales tmany many times a day.
Well done again.Grocery Challenge. £400. - £35.22 + £19.80 + £109.01 = £164.03
Other spends (Clothes Luxuries etc)£11.97 + £1.19 + £7.36 + £69.00 + £38.50 + £5.50 + £23.00 +£2.00 = £158.52:shocked::sad:0
