Hi everyone.
Bit of a mixed weekend for me, was good all day friday but had an indian friday night, hardly any rice though(!). Sat- not much but v unhealthy, poached egg and 2 toast for brekkie, half a portion of chips for lunch and takeaway pizza & chips 10pm sat night! Not even funny- I wasnt hungry, I was just so tired and knew that I should have had something.
Yesterday, no takeaway food but lots of sweets at the cinema, and a muffin for my breakfast! Back on it today and hopefully can lose another 2 pounds by friday- I'd put one on this morning since friday, this is why I could never have WI on a monday, my weekends are a disaster!
Glad most have had a lovely weekend, big hugs to anyone who needs them and:beer: to everyone else!Compulsive Spendaholic #150 -
Sorry to all those I kept waiting , but some of us do have to go to work you know! Actually I'm back earlier than usual as Tadpole 1 was sent home from school as she is not very well. First time EVER she's been sent home from school, so guess she really doesn't feel very good.
Anyway , on to the weigh in. Well, as you can imagin I'm a bit grumpy about it. I now weigh 17st 10lb which means I lost 18lb as I was exactly 19 st on Pancake Day. I know that it's a fair amount , but to now know that I'm still 7st 10 lb overweight is aufull
I'm SO !!!!ed off , I really really fancy a binge, just a little one...........................
Just looked at the callendar and I guess It's not a bad amount for under a month  You know me though, never happy. I want to wake up thin again in the morning and that's gonna be ages away!!Say it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Hi Frogga, didn't realise until today what your weight is, just your goals, not been in this thread for very long, I think 18lb in a month is extremely creditable! Well Done! If you have a little binge-ette, let it be because you are having a little treat before venturing further on your mission, done in a positive light, rather than thinking you aren't doing very well and doing it in a negative way."Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Ok, Ok don't go mad cos I'm telling the thruth so at least I'm being honest ~ I've just had 4 biccies and I've got some toast on the go  I just feel like I need something nice and I WONT go mad, I'll treat myself today with a little nice yummy something and get right back into it for the GR challenge. I'm aiming for 16 something
I think I'll actaully weigh less than the scales say as it's not a good time to be weighing IYKWIM . I think 16 something is realistic

What's the GR challenge? I don't know all the abbreviations here yet. I thought that WI was a social group LOL!"Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"
