Cor blimey Frogga! WELL DONE! You're an inspiration!
As are you Ms M - I made your tortilla wraps on Sat and they were perfect! Had quasadillas for lunch with my HM tomato and red pepper sauce, ham and cheese. Delicious!
Had a good weekend - went out for Sunday dinner and had grilled salmon, crushed new potatoes and asparagus. Had 1/2 a pint of Fruli and on Saturday evening I had a few vodkas, but with 100% apple juice (so got 1 of my 5 a day!)
Today:
B: Special K red berries, cup of coffee
S: none
L: beetroot, celery, red pepper and baby tomato salad. Muller Light. (have a cuppasoup too but not hungry today really!)
S: possibly some champagne - work celebration - laterHM spag bol, wholewheat pasta. May make some garliccy bread when I get in too (from some stale bread and marg / garlic!)

I don't intend to!!! It is a complete rip off really.. just for logging details etc. Thgouh my mother has to lose some weight and is trying to persuade herself to go either to the gym or WW and I said I'd go with her if she wanted.. just as support to watch.. well.. it's a start!! lolLB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Yes matey I only weigh once a month. I think there are two types of people trying to loose weight on here. There are those who need to loose weight as they have found for one reason or another that they weigh more than they would like. Then there are those who have real problems with food, and that's me
Since I was 14 I've had an eating dissorder. I suffered with annorexia from 14 til my early twenties. Had a few years of bullimia and then progressed to binge eating  Never one to do things by halves is Frogga.
I really HATE the scales as I know that they ALWAYS wind me up no matter what they say. Realisticly I know that it was a good weight loss this month, but I was never happy even at 5 1/2 st
I've had a bit of a pig out since I came home but I think I deserved it TBH. I WILL try hard to get back to sensible eating again in the morning and go all out for the GF challenge, but just for today I'd like the comfort of some treatsI'm not gonna beat myself up about it, you've all had slip ups, I just have to make sure this slip up doesn't last 4 months like last time
