  • big well done to everyone who's lost, even half a pound a week is slow and steady- more likely to keep it off.
Yesterday I had 2 beers, and a piece of brown bread with my tea, better than spuds or chips eh!
    Today-
b- warm muller rice & banana
s- whole tub of fruit salad
    l- tuna salad, quavers
d- who knows? Off to a family do - may well have to make do with chip butties, pizza or similar- get back on the healthy eating track tomorrow.

But I've been good all week, and hate drawing attention to the fact that I'm on a diet by having different food.

Weighed myself this morning and had lost 4 pounds -so pleased- its been my totm this week which will explain a couple of pounds but anyway- Friday is going to be my weigh in day from now on!

    Afternoon all,

Managed to lose 1 measly pound...at least I got to the flat 14st....congratulations to all the losers, and commiserations to those who are struggling...I have been struggling with this campaign since September ( No 17 Frogga) and have lost 2 lbs...but I am finding that the one thing I NEED to do is come on here every day that I can manage it and be honest about what I've eaten and how I feel...another 5 months and I might weigh 13.5 stones...won't that be wonderful??

To-day I have eaten 2 pears, 2 clementines, 1 kiwi, 2 sausages, 2 rashers, 2 pieces of white pudding and some fried onion...just had a banana and a glass of water and am about to have mashed potatoes, balsamic chicken and mixed veg...lots of them

    Maybe some dried fruit later

    We shall overcome some day!

    Marie

Vegemite is definitely worse than Marmite...with apologies to any antipodeans on line! Bovril is nice on bread
